Apartment vacation rentals in Minato City

i came here for our 3rd anniversary trip with my boyfriend and we absolutely loved this place!! we highly recommend it for its awesome location right next to a 7/11 for late night munchies and lots of other good bakeries and restaurants. it’s also a super short walk to the train station and it’s a quick trip to central tokyo via the express train. the place was spotless and beautiful. one of my favorite spots is in that little nook above the entrance that i’ll miss so much along with the massive windows. the hosts are super sweet and kind and made our stay till the very end extremely easy and enjoyable. my most memorable stay so far!

Great place in a great location, highly recommend to anyone staying in Tokyo!

This place is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Walkable to some nice restaurants nearby and a nice fruit market nearby. Perfect location to access Shinjuku, Shibuya and Roppongi.

Beautiful and spacious place right next to the Takanawadai station so finding the place is not hard and also after a long day of walking and exploring you get off the train and walk 1 minutes from station exit and reach your accommodation. Where in the world can you get your own private gym in Air Bnb at this palce you do. The place is clean and exactly as described. I would say that if you are taller then 6 feet then you might have limited space in bed. The beds are tatami style and are comfortable with clean linen. The place has two toilets and 2 bathing area. Kitchen is clean and the utensils are provided but we did not do any cooking so did not see what is available. Another good feature is the water cooler so you do not have to but water for the accommodation. Seven eleven and lawson is short walking distance. Great place highly recommend Keiko is a great host and we will be back.

We stayed at Compass Stay for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The house is cozy, clean, and beautifully designed. The location is extremely convenient—just a 3-minute walk to Roppongi Station, making it easy to access popular areas like Shinjuku, Shibuya, and more. There are plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and other amenities nearby. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

Elle’s place was the perfect first stop on our first family holiday with our baby. She has all the amenities we needed and her place was perfect for exploring Tokyo. It was exactly as described and very comfortable for our family.

This was a perfect budget friendly home base for a week in Tokyo. There was a nice spacious closet that allowed us to unpack and the clothes washer was super easy to use. The area is nice, quiet and residential. The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk from subway stations but it’s definitely doable and there’s a bus stop very close, as well. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay. Tomoaki is communicative and helpful. Check in was clear and easy. Apartment is clean, spacious for Tokyo, modern and well equipped with lots of amenities and utensils so we could cook which we love to do. Helpful notes translate buttons and switches on appliances. Location is amazing. Close to multiple trains stations so most hot spots in Tokyo are no more than 30mins away. Daimon station is 5mins walk away with direct line to Narita. Honestly we loved out time here and will look it up when we are in Japan again. If I had any comment its that the first note you see when you walk in welcomes and then immediately threatened a fine should you enter with shoes on. Some of the other notes made us feel like we were initially walking around on egg shells. We got over that though and loved this stay.

A rail-fans sanctuary. My wife and I not only picked this location based on it's location in Ginza, but also it's close proximity to the train lines running to and from Ginza Station. You can watch trains and shinkansens pass by at most hours of the day and night which can be exciting to see for rail- heads. The sound never bothered us- infact it lulled us to sleep every night. this location is nestled on the 4th floor above many extremely tasty resturaunts with vibrant night life and if your a night owl like me who goes out to eat at off times, there is no shortage of food near by. Also close to Shin- Godzilla statue outside Toho theater. Masaharu was a very receptive host and communicated promptly we couldn't have asked for a better host. Hit that booking button and you won't be disappointed.

What an absolutely wonderful stay at 隆史’s place. The location is very ideal - right in the heart of Tokyo and just a short walk from everything central. Despite being so close to the action, the apartment itself is incredibly quiet and private, which made it the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the city. The space is impressively large by Tokyo standards and has a very warm, homely feel to it. It’s clear a lot of thought has gone into making it comfortable and welcoming. All the amenities I needed were included, which made my stay even more convenient and stress-free. A big thank you to the host for their outstanding hospitality and excellent communication throughout. I truly felt well taken care of. I’m already looking forward to staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo!

Awesome for working related staying!

Central location to get to Shibuya and Shinjuku. Plenty or restaurants options and easy access to public transportation. Would stay again.

I have stayed Ken’s place for 10 nights. Location is very nice, 10 minute walk to subway and lots of supermarket and convenience store around. And walking distance to tourist attraction “Tokyo Tower”. Very quiet place and I enjoyed the stay there. Facilities are perfect, washing machine, air con, microwave, gas stove. The only thing want to feedback is bed is double size which is small for couple. Since the room has enough space, you can provide at least queen size bed. The other thing is sofa. The sofa is not comfortable since when you head rest, your head is touching to curtain which is not comfortable at all.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and easy to access, with great communication throughout. But the real highlight was the location! An easy train ride from the airport, Tokyo Station, and downtown, all with no transfers. The neighborhood is peaceful and walkable, yet full of great little restaurants. A perfect base for exploring Tokyo and coming home to relax.

Had a great stay here. The host was very responsive and helpful in letting us leave our bags early before checking in.

Very beautiful house. We were 9 of us but this house can accommodate more than 12-13 guests. It has two separate showers and toilets which makes it easy for everyone to get ready. It also have washer and dryer, but it’s in Japanese, so it was little hard for us to understand. The only drawback of this house is they don’t allow late luggage check out or early luggage check in, which made us hard as our flight was in the night. Rest of the experience was great! They responded to us very quickly for whatever we had asked for.

Really enjoyed to stay at Masaya’s place for 3 nights, it’s spacious, very clean, comfortable, and feels like a home. The place is close to the metro Mita Eki(I04) only about 5-10 minutes walk. It is close to restaurants, CSV and supermarket, so you don’t worry about food while remaining a quiet place at night.

Clean, quiet, and very well appointed home. It was obvious the host took great care to try and think of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. He was exceptionally responsive and also helped me with some of my trip plans when I asked. It was greatly appreciated! It is not close to the center of the city, which wasn’t always convenient but I would not have wanted to stay in the heart of bustling Shibuya, so it really comes down to preference.

Great place and a quick bus ride to shibuya and Ebisu. However the google map/apple map links took me to the wrong place a monger kf times so I found it very hard to find.

Stunning apartment close to convenient train lines. Couldn’t be happier with the stay there. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Tokyo! Feels like a home away from home. Also great shower with some of the best water pressure I’ve ever experienced!!

great location and spacious apartment with everything you need. check in is tricky you have to key in the sequence without waiting. could use more towels for longer stays as well
