The Mowhay (work from home with WiFi)

DeanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We spent 3 nights staying at the Mowhay. It was the perfect mix of peaceful hideaway whilst being well connected to major roads and local amenities. The accommodation was well laid out with a very well equipped kitchen. Claire was great at communicating from booking to check out and we met Geoff a couple of times during our stay who was super friendly. Would thoroughly recommend!

A luxury cottage at Glen Silva Farm

AbigailRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Had a wonderful stay at Silva Cottage. The cottage was beautiful and had everything a person could need and very clean. The location was amazing set in woods and so so quiet apart from the birds which were a delight to see and hear especially watching the comings and going’s of Woodpeckers on the bird feeder. The hot tub was spectacular.Set in the woods nothing could compare to sitting back and enjoying the tub with a glass of fizz. We had a great recommendation from Lorraine for an Indian Takeaway which delivered to the cottage and ate a great lunch at The Tamar Inn at Calstock. Great location for walkers with Dartmoor on one side and Bodmin Moor on the other plus the coastal path. Would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

Stunning barn conversion with sea view and hot tub

PhilipRating, 5 stars4 days ago
The barn conversion was everything we wanted. Lovely views, peaceful and a beautiful and modern interior of the barn conversion. Boscastle itself is walkable but is uphill most of the way back. It’s a lovely place to stay and we enjoyed time in Boscastle, Tintagel and Padstow. Special mention to the Cobweb Inn - gorgeous meals and lovely friendly service and to our host, thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful accommodation. Well worth the stay. Xx

Just spent a week at this lovely place. Beautiful view when relaxing in the garden and so peaceful. Accommodation was spotlessly clean, we didn't want to leave . Unfortunately we didn't get to meet the hosts as they were away on holiday. Communication through this site was clear and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Waterside haven with logburner, kayaks & SUP board

StephanieRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We loved the cottage - charming, quirky and well equipped with modern amenities. The deck made a lovely sunny spot for alfresco dining and the garden is secure for all but the smallest and most determined of dogs! The location is idyllic, peaceful and easy to find, and made a great base for exploring the area - with the added bonus of the kayaks on the estuary at high tide. Nic is a great host - very responsive, and sent a really comprehensive and helpful guide including lots of well-researched tips and suggestions. For eating out we particularly recommend The Cove at Maenporth if you want to treat yourselves to a special meal including local seafood, with gorgeous sea views and a separate menu for dogs! And if you visit the Seal Sanctuary in Gweek, don't miss the Boatyard Cafe - amazing food and couldn't have been kinder to our dog.

Fabulous 2 night stay. Great base to explore Falmouth and various towns and villages along the coast and up the estuary/Roads, with a good selection of cafes and restaurants nearby. The accommodation was as advertised and spotlessly clean. Annette was very friendly and helpful on check in with local recommendations, plus we appreciated the personal touch of delicious homemade flapjacks and fresh cut garden flowers. The patio area was lovely too. Perfect short break, thank you.

We just love it 🥰 Thank you for having us again Luke and many grateful thanks for the outstanding welcome pack. Take care (ease up on heavy lifting for a bit) 😉 Hope to see you again next year. What an incredible spot this place is! We attending Zoe’s accommodations over the weekend paying roughly £80 pp for 2 nights and it did not disappoint! We have stayed in many AirB&Bs across Europe and I could not believe the price of this one. It was spotless, furnished amazingly and the decor was perfect. Genuinely the best accommodation I have come across on this platform at such an affordable price. Check-in was smooth, checking out was a breeze and we had everything we needed, including an electronic booklet of recommendations! I will 100% be return to this spot 👌

Beautiful cottage, less than 100yards from harbour

TomRating, 5 stars1 week ago
6 of us (All adults) plus two dogs, stayed at Sailor's Return for a long weekend for my birthday. It was such an amazing find. Damian was really proactive with his communication and provided us with information on places to go that were dog friendly. The house was very well presented, and maintained to a high standard. Nice touches like the welcome pack of milk, tea and premium coffee were greatly appreciated. It was a great location. Just a short walk to the complimentary parking that he provides. Lots of lovely independent shops to visit in the area, and plenty of pubs to have a drink in. I defiantly would like to stay again at Sailor's Return.

Lantern Cottage – 2 bedrooms + decking area

HelenRating, 5 stars5 days ago
From the time of booking, John responded right away and was very communicative. Finding the cottage was easy - John gave information, including helpful photos of location including car parking etc. The cottage is in a great location within a few minutes walking distance of shops, restaurants and the harbour. We were a family of four adults and the cottage suited our requirements perfectly. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. All in all we had a great weeks holiday and would certainly return when next in Megavissey. Thank you John & Kate

Cottage for 6, next to beach, restaurants & pubs

ElizabethRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This is truly a fabulous Airbnb . It is in the most incredible location right on the harbour and a stones throw from the beach . Charlestown is a hive of activity during the day and into the evening but goes really quiet at night . All the activity takes place on the harbour below and on the opposite aide so it is not noisy in the Airbnb . It has a wonderful sense of friendliness and all the restaurants and coffee shops are genuinely accommodating .The house itself is the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in and beautifully and simply furnished . It’s an upside down house with window seats to watch the world go by and a beautiful view of the sea . The car has to be parked away from the property due to lack of width in the harbour road .We never had a problem finding a space as it is a private road . The garden is accessed by stone steps to a really lovely lawn and full, colourful borders . There is work going on replacing the harbour bridge which makes the harbour noisier than usual
