Linda is an excellent host. Excellent communication and availability. The apartment is very cozy, with everything you need to feel at home. It is also very well located, close to the station and the city center. Excellent in every respect. Highly recommended

Beautiful setting , perfect for dog walks , close to pubs & supermarket

Immaculately presented apartment with a very proactive host. Great location for exploring the surrounding area of Falmouth. Note, the driveway is quite narrow and tricky to navigate when the courtyard is full of other cars. Also note that the apartment is on a steep main road. We stayed with our daughter who is 4 months and this was tricky at busy traffic times with a pram. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay at would recommend this as a central place for exploring the region! Ali was a great host who provided us with every possible detail we would need for our stay!

We stayed at Zoe's place for three nights as part of a road trip around Devon and Cornwall. The instructions on how to get to the apartment, car parking and gaining entry were first class and check in went smoothly. The apartment is lovely and the view absolutely stunning, looking out over the estuary. Everything was as described and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was everything we needed in the apartment. Falmouth is a great town with lots of shops and restaurants easily within walking distance. It's also a good base to travel to other areas of Cornwall. Zoe was a great host and on the odd occasion we had to communicate she was very responsive. Would not hesitate to recommend this property.

We had a wonderful weeks stay for our honeymoon in this lovely and peaceful place that felt just like being at home. Cara was fantastic and really helpful and communicative - completely understanding and accommodating when we found out we’d be bringing our newborn along with us too! Location is beautiful and just as described with lots of lovely places to visit whilst staying. Just the perfect stay. Thank you!

The Eyrie is a lovely apartment on two floors, 2 bedrooms below and a kitchen/dining/living room plus roof terrace above. It was perfect for two couples for a long weekend in Falmouth. It has a wonderful light and airy feel, with great views from the living room and the terrace looking down over the town, the harbour and out to sea. The flat was very well appointed and was clean and tidy, the beds were very comfortable and the two bathrooms immaculate. There are quite a lot of stairs to be climbed, so not really suitable for the less mobile.

We had a wonderful stay, everything was as described. The beds and sofas were very comfortable! Great to have little touches like water, milk, biscuits, and the air fryer made it easy to cook simple meals. A convenient location as we were visiting both Eden Project & Heligan

We had a great stay at Winnie's Place. The views were outstanding and enjoyed from the patio in the sunshine. All rooms had fabulous views, even watching the mist roll in was great to watch! The home is very well equipped with everything you could need and beautifully clean. The beds in the 2 double bedrooms were extremely comfortable and the house was nice and warm. We took advantage of the coast path down to the harbour which we did a couple of times each day. We ate at the Ship Inn which was great and the SharksFinn which was really good as well. We used the local bus to get to St Austell then onward to Fowey and Charlestown, both very beautiful harbour villages. On our last day we again took the bus to St Austell then the train to Truro (only 15 mins) We were lucky enough to be in the cathederal when a free concert was taking place. We would totally recommend staying in this lovely home, you won't be disappointed!

The house was absolutely beautiful with everything we could possibly need. Even to the point that I ordered some of the toiletries and smelly stuff for at home. Beautiful.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Slipway. Great location for walking into town and the property is very comfortable and well equipped. Nice view of the river from the property and communication with Neil very easy.

The road in and out of Golant takes nerves of steel. Just as well River Retreat is worth the drive. A beautiful, comfortable home with a fantastic view. It is beautifully decorated. Claire has an exceptional eye for detail. Everywhere I looked there was something of interest. Kitchen brilliantly equipped for meal prep. Another lovely week in Cornwall. Thank you Claire.

A lovely stay in a clean house - I would not known that dogs had previously stayed.

We enjoyed our stay and found the cottage and garden very peaceful. Ivy cottage was extremely well equipped and very comfortable. On our way here we had an excellent Sunday lunch in Gorran Haven at the Barley Sheaf, highly recommend it. Loved the St Just in Roseland church and St Mawes castle and ignored the gloomy rain forecast the day we went to Heligan and were rewarded with sunshine! We had a great stay at the Black Barn! We all loved it! Beautiful and peaceful location. So nice to be able to sit and watch the horses in the field. We loved the garden, the patio with fire pit and the hot tub! The accommodation was so clean and beautifully decorated! Great quality kitchen items, had everything we needed! Fran and Phil were so responsive with their messages and extremely friendly. Phil met us on check in and showed us around and explained how things worked. The welcome bottle of Prosecco and the scones, jam and cream were a really lovely touch and much appreciated. We would highly recommend a stay at the Black Barn 😊

The studio is beautifully presented and very extremely clean. Toiletries and linens are lovely and Elizabeth goes above and beyond in providing extra ‘incidental’ items that are so useful - spare toothbrushes, spectacle wipes etc. For wet days there is a large selection of reading and games material. We had everything we needed but I also felt that Elizabeth would respond immediately if there were any issues whatsoever.

We had a great stay at The Hideaway. The location was perfect - turn left and you’re a ten minute walk from Gylly beach, turn right and walk to the end of the road and you’re on the high street! We didn’t need to use the car at all as everywhere was so walkable. Barbara was a great host. The listing is exactly as it is described and she responded really quickly to my messages. She’s also thought of everything we could need. There’s hand soap, tea / coffee, hair dryer etc but she’s also left ponchos for the rain, different weight duvets and some cold water in the fridge! The cottage itself has low ceilings but that was fine for us. It’s clean and tidy and there’s plenty of storage for your belongings and luggage. The only thing we had an issue with is the bed. Although it’s really comfy it squeaks every time you move even a little bit. Other than that the place was great and we would definitely book again in the future!

A lovely little space situated in the lower floor of the hosts' home though felt very private and has it's own entrance. The bed is comfy and bathroom, kitchen and living rooms are spacious. Our hosts were so kind in offering iced water and sorting out a parasol in the garden when it was hot. A lovely location in easy reach of a lot of Western Cornwall.

Martha's place was the perfect spot for a holiday in Falmouth! Super easy to walk into town. Very clean and bright. Had everything we needed.

We had a lovely stay at Jo and Stuart’s place. The apartment was pristine, spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Everything was of a very high quality. We met Jo and Stuart as we headed out each day, tending their lovely garden. Both were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was ideally located, close to the town centre and within easy walking distance of restaurants and the beach. We’d definitely recommend staying there.
