Fantastic accommodation. Very comfortable, spotless with excellent communication from the host. Very close to the NEC with parking right outside, a garden with seating and umbrella and large TV - perfect. Highly recommended AAA+++

Beautiful house in a beautiful location not only for the surrounding area but also for transport links. We filled every room and not once did we feel we didn't have enough space. Minor issue for some of the rooms having low ceilings but that is by the by. Would highly recommend this property to those needing a larger place to stay when visiting the NEC.

Amazing property, exactly what I was looking for the occasion. James was a great host, provided all information well in advance of arrival and extended a late checkout on departure. Beds were extremely comfortable. Use of hot tub, perfect. Beautiful outdoor space, was blessed with great weather which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We stayed at Lee's place whilst in the area for work. We had a great stay. The house is decorated in a very modern style and is a great place to relax in the evenings. Whilst we didn't use the hot tub that is also a great addition. Having 2 parking spaces was also a massive bonus for us. Access to the front of the house is down a really quiet close as well which made our work vehicles feel even more secure. Thanks Lee!

Faydene was really helpful. The house was really clean and a nice place to be. Lovely snacks, provisions and amenities. 10 min drive to NEC. We will happily stay there again.

Me and a colleague were staying in the area for one evening and found the house to be fantastic. It looks newly renovated and was extremely clean. We weren't there long but were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Peyton!

I like the modern furnishings. My family and I felt at home. Plus it was easy to get to the airport as we had a early morning flight, probably a 10minutes ride to airport. It is also very close to a supermarket so if you need bits and pieces it helpful to know a supermarket is within walking distance.

This is not my first stay at Lindas lovely private Apartment for one simple reason, it is self contained, quiet and has everything I need for my visits to Tamworth. Arriving late it is nice to find fresh milk in the fridge for making a tea or coffee. It is like a second home to me now ! It is in a great location for exploring the whole area and beyond plus it has safe off road parking too which I like for my hire car.

Lisa’s airbnb was so very clean, cosy, quiet and comfortable, we would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. About a 10 minute drive from the NEC as well as Costa, Tesco and many more establishments even closer. The cats were adorable and we particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed. We’ll definitely be back.

A really nice stylish and welcoming apartment in a quiet, leafy but convenient location, with everything we needed including a comfortable bed and really good shower. Even better than the photos suggest. Very close walk to all that Kings Heath and Moseley offer. Thanks for a great stay!

Really peaceful and comfortable stay. Check-in was really easy. Felt really private and relaxing. Good value. Will be back the next time I’m on tour in the area :)

Absolutely beautiful flat, with a stunning decor. Had a great time with my boys would definitely return. Also Rebecca was very friendly, very accommodating and absolute pleasure to meet.

A great place to stay to explore Upton and the surrounding areas. Apartment is great in a central location right in town, easy walk to anywhere in Upton. Carola and Rick were great hosts, good clear instructions and helpful information. Apartment was spotless (thank you to their housekeeper Emma), and would highly recommended both the Regency Apartment and Carola and Rick as hosts.

This is our 3rd stay here to visit our son at Warwick University. It's an ideal location, walkable if inclined. Always feel very much at home. We did find the mattress too soft and bouncy and the bed too small this time, but we have recently bought a new bed at home, so that's just preference. Always a warm welcome and great communication throughout. Looking forward to our next visit!

Our second stay at this lovely apartment. Great location, easy to get to / from. Everything to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed - slept really well. Our favourite feature is the garden, right next to the canal, where we can sit and watch the ducks, geese and boats go by.

We had a wonderful two-week stay and felt right at home. The neighborhood was quiet and the hosts were very supportive and friendly - it was a perfect environment for us. Thank you

We stayed here to go to an Expo event and instantly loved it so rebooked for in a year! Very quiet, easy parking, very helpful and thoughtful hosts who seemed to have thought of everything you could possibly need, even things like chargers and batteries. Excellent all round! looking forward to returning.

Stayed here for an event at the NEC nice furnishings, comfortable beds, clean towels provided. Host was very easy to contact and responded quickly to any enquiries. lovely place to stay would definitely book again if I'm in the area.
