Richard’s house is very clean and well enough equipped for 6 people. The beds were large and comfortable although the mattresses are rather soft. The location was ideal for attending a wedding at a local golf club. Richard was a good communicator and it was easy to access the property which has off street parking. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

A charming 3 bedroom home in a well positioned Cotswold village. We received a very warm welcome from Patricia…including G&Ts and a beautifully set dining table. It was a wonderful base for exploring the Cotswolds and we enjoyed their restaurant recommendations. The shower is over bath, if this is an issue. Our dog was very welcome.

Well equipped home, really appreciated welcome pack of croissants, milk and juice. All toiletries, kitchen and cleaning products provided together with few breakfast options. When you’re only staying somewhere a couple of days it’s a bonus not to have to go grocery shopping! Lovely park nearby for walking the dog and perfectly located for visiting our child at university locally. Mya was a great host, replying quickly to messages.

We had a lovely stay at this immaculate and beautifully furnished home. The linen and towels were high quality and the whole house was pristine. We really enjoyed the comfortable outside furniture and lovely garden. The house is equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay from hair dryers in the bedrooms to soap, shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom. We also appreciated how flexible the owner was with respect to allowing us to check in early and how promptly he answered any communication from me. I highly recommend this lovely home.

Lovely cottage, right in the centre of Chipping Campden. It was the perfect base for our weekend in the Cotswolds!

Well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Very welcoming with great communication. Spotlessly clean kitchen and shower room. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and kitchen utensils - all spotlessly clean. I have a bag of household essentials for self-catering stays - kitchen roll, loo rolls, tin foil, washing up liquid, towels…didn’t need any of it! Was so welcoming to see it provided. Dog friendly - such a bonus! Lovely outside space. Perfectly suited to our needs. Thank you Ilsa for a fabulous stay.

Great few nights away for Halloween! Cosy barn tucked away, surrounded by trees and fields. Swimming in the heated pool at night in October was great. Geoff was always at hand with any queries or recommendations. The Halloween decorations was a nice touch for the kids to keep pranking each other throughout our stay. Great setting for a general chil out with films and board games. Hartlebury Castle was a great few hours out and not too expensive. The Willow and Boar was 2 minutes up the road for a nice breakfast. Would highly recommend The Pool house! Thanks to Geoff and Alan!

We had a friend get together for the Easter weekend and we had the most amazing time. The house exceeded our expectations. The social areas were great and very spacious. There was loads to do at the house - swim, sauna, games room, books, relax etc. There were good walking routes listed with clear directions and the pub recommendations were spot on. Red kite were wonderful with communication and replied to messages almost instantly.

The house and gardens were absolutely perfect for our annual get together. From multiple spacious living spaces and a well equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms the whole house is exceptionally well thought out and a real home from home. The real standout though is the outside space. We spent lots of afternoons and evenings outside on the patio under the gorgeous pergola or in the hot tub and the space is peaceful with beautiful views across to the Malvern hills. Dionne and Mark were superb hosts and very responsive to any questions we had. All in all a fantastic week and we are all keen to revisit the house soon.

Put short, we didn't want to leave. It was fantastic from start to finish, Hayley was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We had some fantastic treatments while staying, and fully made use of the amenities. Such a wonderful location, can't wait to hopefully return.

We had a wonderful weekend here. Beautiful cottage in a gorgeous, tranquil setting with superb hosts, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. They had thought of everything from a welcome bottle of wine and sweet treats to robes, sliders and even treats for the dog! Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, lovely pool and hot tub. We will definitely return. If you’re looking for rest and relaxation in quiet and peaceful surroundings this is the place for you.

Our third stay at the Shippon and our two autistic boys treat it like a home from home. So relaxing I didn’t want to leave. Our youngest loves water and animals so swimming, hot tub, fussing the lovely dogs, feeding Monty the horse carrots, all while being followed around by the chickens. He was in heaven! A great base for visiting family and lots to do nearby if we want to. This time we went to hoo farm, but we were generally all happy to stay at the Shippon. The Shippon is spotless and to cosy and comfortable. Our dogs love sitting on the patio watching the world go by and Newport dog park is literally a 5-10 minute walk and they love it. Thanks so much Sara and Phil, you are always so helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

Josh was really responsive and helped us at very short notice when we needed to move out of our previous air bnb. The apartment itself is lovely, with a well stocked kitchen, 2 great bathrooms and on-site parking. It’s also well situated only a short drive away from an array of shops and restaurants. We would happily stay again if we were in the area. It felt like home from home.

Great value for money. We felt right at home. Decor was nice and had the benefit of a good sized garden to sit in the sun

Extremely convenient for access to the NEC, and Solihull nearby for any other amenities or needs. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable surroundings. Definitely recommend.

Friendly and helpful host. Good sized property as described with good motorway links and in an ideal location for getting to the airport, NEC and Birmingham International train station. Left us tea/coffee, milk, bottled water, bread and one or two other bits for when we arrived which was a nice touch.

Gordon was a very friendly and amenable host who went the extra mile to make our stay outstanding. We will definitely return when our work takes us back to the NEC. This is a highly recommended location.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location not only for the surrounding area but also for transport links. We filled every room and not once did we feel we didn't have enough space. Minor issue for some of the rooms having low ceilings but that is by the by. Would highly recommend this property to those needing a larger place to stay when visiting the NEC.

Perfect stop over location on route to our holiday to North Wales. Perfect location for visiting Drayton Manor Resort. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Jon is a great host, clear directions including a video on how to find the apartment.

The apartment was stunning and impeccably clean, located in a fantastic area in Solihull with excellent transport links, restaurants, shops, and more nearby. The host went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. If you’re planning to book in Solihull, this place is undoubtedly at the top of my list!
