The apartment was just as described and in a very beautiful and quiet area. The internet worked well so I could work with no issues. Would stay again and can recommend.

A fantastic little apartment for two which is very spacious with lovely decor & furnishings. Good sized bathroom and small kitchen area with a Nespresso coffee machine - so essentially everything you could ask for ! It is located in what was the garage space of the house and has its own separate entrance and dedicated parking area on the drive. Nigel and Emma were both lovely hosts, super friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Well located for the nearby Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Warwick and the Cotswolds also within easy reach from the apartment. L

This place was everything we needed - but better. Monica and Phillip were perfect hosts. There was cheese and ham in the fridge and for breakfast delicious fresh fruit and yoghurt. We had use of a beautiful sunny garden and the flat was spacious and well equipped. I would recommend to others without hesitation. Thank you Monica, we loved staying at your place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ray’s place! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The location was perfect, and everything was exactly as described—if not better. Honestly, the pictures don’t do justice to how lovely and well-kept the apartment truly is. Ray was an incredible host: kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and always made us feel welcome. You can truly tell he cares about his guests and their experience. We’re so grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely love to stay here again in the future. Check in was easy, flat was clean and instructions were clear, felt like home away from home

Flat had everything we needed and host was very helpful!

My friends and I were attending an event at the NEC for a weekend. This location was perfect as it was easy to get onto the A45 each day to get to the NEC. The place was had enough parking space for several cars and the three bathrooms meant there were no waiting to have a shower/toilet. Clean apartment, just the right size for what we needed. Highly recommended and will likely book again if in the area.

I used this place whilst attending a conference in Nuneaton. Andy was around when I arrived and I received a great welcome. Great place for the business or leisure traveller. Off road parking and amenities fairly close by. No complaints and very good value for money considering the amount of space you get and use of the garden.

Extremely convenient for access to the NEC, and Solihull nearby for any other amenities or needs. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable surroundings. Definitely recommend.

The apartment was clean, warm and comfy with all you need for a relaxing break. We felt at home straight away and the peaceful location and comfy bed meant that we had a great nights sleep. The view from the terrace was amazing with lovely evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Justine contacted us before arriving and during our stay, was really friendly and very understanding of our barking dog! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and we hope to return in the future. Thank you Justine and hubby.

We were visiting some friends in Rugby and needed somewhere to stay - this place was lovely. Free off-street parking was a huge bonus and the place was spotlessly clean and done up to a really high and modern standard. The bed was comfortable and the Smart TV worked fine. Fridge and freezer clean and a good size. We didn't actually test the shower due to time constraints so I can't comment on that. We only stayed here one night and spent most of it out but we'd definitely have been fine staying here longer and would stay here again if we needed to.

Everything was 100% ,,could not fault any thing at all,we felt so relaxed as the surrounding were so peaceful. John was a delight to talk to and very amusing . Would not hesitate to recommend it to our friends

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

Danial was super responsive. The flat was extremely clean and felt right at home. It's also only a 6 minute drive to a whole slew of restaurants in Coventry road so was great in the evening to go out to. All in all, I had no complaints about this place.

The communication from Phil was good from booking, he was responsive to any questions you could have and provided you with what you needed for your stay. Upon arrival you are greeted with a beautiful and clean space, a helpful guide with information about the local area and what the host expects from guests (which is not too picky). You get a lot of house for your money and get amenities such as a dishwasher and washing machine if required. The host had thought about the little touches too with a coffee machine, things to have for breakfast and anything you could need really. I would 100% stay here again if I am ever in the local area, a great host and great space.

Elmardi was an amazing host. Very responsive and gave very clear instructions that were easy to follow. The place was clean and nice. Exactly as described in the ad. No problems at all. It was perfect.

Location is convenient and within walking distance to Bullring shopping centre, bars and restaurants. Apartment is modern style with a simplicity that speaks elegance. Cosy and immaculately with all the necessities for a comfortable stay.

Excellent apartment. Had a great stay. The apartment was as described if not better. The location is excellent with lots of cafes and restaurants. Short stroll to York Road with loads of higly recommended restaurants. Bus stop for buses into the city at the end of the road a minute's walk away. The apartment was quiet, clean with all amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven etc. Bathroom was clean. Comfortable bed. This will be my go to accommodation in the future. Chab was an excellent host with prompt communication and response. Highly recommend this apartment.

A beautiful modern apartment with every detail thought about to ensure a luxurious stay. Ian even kindly organised for a travel crib to be brought for our baby and offered flexible earlier check-in when we asked if it was possible to arrive a little earlier which was very much appreciated. I’ve used many air bnb’s in Leamington Spa and this one is probably the best yet. The apartment was spotlessly clean, in a great location and the free parking was ideal as not many places here offer it. I’ll definitely be using again on my next visit.
