Vacation rentals with a patio in Metropolitan Borough of Solihull

I never want to stay in a different air bnb in Birmingham. Luke’s communication was excellent and the space was delightful and very well stocked. A really lovely welcome and very clear instructions, I cannot recommend it highly enough. I’ll be booking for next year as soon as I can! Thank you Luke and family!!

host was very responsive, I had issues with the lock box because I've never come across one so didn't know how to use it. he messaged back quickly and kindly came over within 5 minutes to show me how to use it! place was well worth the money. the patio was lovely, very comfortable beds and very strong water pressure in shower and host was very kind and let me check out a hour later. definitely will be coming back here again.

What a fantastic stay! Feels like home with every amenity available and the staff are superb and super friendly. We arrived quite late after spending the day in Silverstone but arrived just in time before the kitchen closed at 8pm for a spot of dinner. The rabbit hutch was a lot bigger than I had imagined from the pictures and the bed was amazing, we slept like babies. I would definitely come back again. Just pre-warning, the steps to the hutch are very very steep. Take great care if you’re carrying large bags.

Nice stay, easy to find and lots to do near by.

Jessica was very responsive and accommodating with our check in time. The place was easy to find and meet our needs. She even brought us an extra towel to use for the dog as it was going to be rainy. The back garden was perfect for our dog to stretch his legs (and the main reason we booked).

I had a great 10-day stay at Justin’s place. The apartment had everything needed to feel like a home, and the fully functional kitchen made cooking easy and convenient. I especially enjoyed having lunch in the small backyard each day — I was lucky to have sunshine throughout my stay. The neighborhood felt very safe, with local buses just a 4-minute walk away that take you straight to the city center. It’s also walkable if you prefer. The area is beautifully green, with two large parks nearby — perfect for a stroll or some fresh air.

jay was a brilliant host and cannot recommend him enough, always helpful always responsive and guests felt right at home.

Sam’s bungalow was fantastic. The rooms were as seen in the photos. Each bedroom was a very spacious twin double room and each was squeaky clean. The living spaces were ideal to relax and the dinning room had space for 6. Although we didn’t use it during our stay the garden space is extensive and would be great to sit outside and relax. If you’re looking for a place in the area I would highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful host. Good sized property as described with good motorway links and in an ideal location for getting to the airport, NEC and Birmingham International train station. Left us tea/coffee, milk, bottled water, bread and one or two other bits for when we arrived which was a nice touch.

We were visiting Solihull to see family and friends and stayed at Isabella’s house for three nights. It is clean, modern and well equipped and we particularly liked the spacious open plan kitchen and conservatory. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with amenities nearby. We will definitely return when next in the area.

A fantastic, super-equipped house, able to easily cater for all 12 of us! The pictures don’t do the accommodation justice and there is ample room with everything you would need for a great stay. The on-road parking was initially a small concern, but it needn’t have been as we never had a problem. The only thing I’d comment on is the stairs! It took a couple of us out with the fluffy carpet and tight corners! 😃 Perfect for family meet ups - would recommend!

Amazing location, helpful and responsive host. We’re visiting the UK from Australia and this Airbnb was in such a great location, in walking distance to so many amazing sights and restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the highlights for us was the enclosed garden—it was perfect for our three dogs to run around safely and enjoy themselves. It gave us real peace of mind knowing they had space to play as a lot of places advertise the garden as enclosed but they rarely are. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing break, and the hosts were welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with pets or just looking for a peaceful getaway!

Lovely house, well kept and homely. Ten of us stayed there for a long weekend and there was the perfect amount of space for us all. Would definitely recommend!

I used this place whilst attending a conference in Nuneaton. Andy was around when I arrived and I received a great welcome. Great place for the business or leisure traveller. Off road parking and amenities fairly close by. No complaints and very good value for money considering the amount of space you get and use of the garden.

Extremely convenient for access to the NEC, and Solihull nearby for any other amenities or needs. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable surroundings. Definitely recommend.

The apartment was clean, warm and comfy with all you need for a relaxing break. We felt at home straight away and the peaceful location and comfy bed meant that we had a great nights sleep. The view from the terrace was amazing with lovely evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Justine contacted us before arriving and during our stay, was really friendly and very understanding of our barking dog! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property and we hope to return in the future. Thank you Justine and hubby.

Jay’s place was really nice, the jacuzzi was the best part and definitely worth it, the place was nice and clean and host got back to us quickly, also check in was nice and easy.

We stayed here to go to an Expo event and instantly loved it so rebooked for in a year! Very quiet, easy parking, very helpful and thoughtful hosts who seemed to have thought of everything you could possibly need, even things like chargers and batteries. Excellent all round! looking forward to returning.

Pamela and Paul were both extremely great hosts. Their property was absolutely stunning and they were so friendly and helpful with everything. We loved our stay and cannot speak highly enough of them both. They definitely made our experience so much better. Would highly recommend staying here. The property was so nice and had everything we needed and we loved seeing the horses and chickens around the site.
