Eastburn Cottage was created from our lovingly converted 200 year old cartshed. On 13 acres of grounds accessed via a 400 metre track, Braeside Farm is tranquil yet a 10-15 minute drive to St Andrews and less than an hour from Edinburgh Airport. Eastburn is a 2 bedroom cottage (the one on the right) with a kitchen and living room upstairs and a master bedroom (en suite) and smaller bedroom (with a triple bunk bed), bathroom and WC downstairs. Front door is at the top of the steps in the gable.

Kick back and relax in our seaside house. A recently completed, modern, 2 bed conversion 100 yards from the Firth of forth, on the fife coastal path. The property has an open plan living area, 2 double bedrooms, shower room and wc. There are sea views and a small outdoor space. East Wemyss is a traditional mining village, home to mcduff castle and the wemyss caves. A 40 min drive to either Edinburgh or St Andrews in opposite directions, it's a great base to see the East coast of fife.

This is a gem of a cottage which has been completely re-furbished in Summer 2025 and is just a stone’s throw from the scenic ‘Blue Flag’ Leven Beach. Very convenient for visiting Edinburgh, St. Andrews and the East Neuk villages of Fife. Our cosy cabin sits in a small orchard on our property which is semi-rural and set on the edge of farmland. We are situated at the entry to the beautiful East Neuk of Fife which includes the pretty harbour towns of Anstruther and Crail and is renowned for its many types of crafts. We run a Stitching Studio and Gallery on our premises. St Andrews is only 14 miles away, Dundee 24 miles and Edinburgh 37 miles. There is a main line station at Kirkcaldy which is 9 miles away.
