Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Merritt Island

I’m not even sure where to begin… from the very first day Elise was the best host! She immediately responded when we had a question at check in and took care of it. Her home had everything we needed… We were lucky to get her place when we did! We stayed there waiting on our home to be built and it could not have been better! The canal was full of manatees every day and we were minutes from anything we needed. What an amazing place and an even better host!

Amy is an awesome host and her home is beautiful. It’s in a great area of Cocoa Beach, with a two minute walk to the beach. It was super close to Publix and a bunch of restaurants. Amy was extremely responsible and helpful and gave lots of recommendations about things to do in the area. We had two adults and 5 kids ages 11-16 and everyone felt right at home.

Such a beautiful home! If you want somewhere classy, beautiful and well put together for a family get away, here is the place.

The place was perfect for 2 adults and 4 younger kids. Plenty to do at the house for the kids. The fenced backyard was piece of mind. The place was spotless and very comfortable and updated. Had a lot of extras that made it feel like home. They thought of everything. Short walk to the beach with all the extras to make your beach day perfect. Host was very responsive and helpful. Definitely would stay here again if our travels bring us back to cocoa beach

Since the.momemt of my arrival it was absolutely peaceful smooth transition to vaction mode. The place was very neat clean relaxing i had tonfroce myself to go out because i rather stay and lounge around. Marias' beautiful garden of plants, flowers and orchids were so pleasant to sit among and soak up the sun. Maria truly was a gracious host Maria respects the privacy of her guest 100%. I had an amazing stay here! The beach access was so easy and there were lots of towels and sitting areas to relax on. The kitchen was super clean and had everything we needed. Additionally, the location was close to a ton of restaurants and bars, including the downtown area. There was lots to do! Lindsey was very responsive and checked in to make sure I was enjoying my stay. I would recommend this place to others.

The Enchanted Acres Ranch is a must see if you enjoy a peaceful surrounding with animals. There are miniature horses, goats and large horses. There are several cabins on this large acreage but they are all spread out for privacy. We were thrilled with our suite and the location. We feed the goats and horses too. We will be back!

This is a cozy little cottage style place. There is a gas fireplace that I used a few times. The kitchen is tiny but functional. Had dishes pots and pans. Ashely was very responsive and helpful with questions. The unit is 1 block off main street. Resturants were all walkable. Very close to the beach. I would stay here again.

The house and the view was amazing. The house had everything we needed plus some. Close to shops, and there were bicycles and everything needed for the beach. Watching the turtles at night was such a unique experience. Would 100% recommend staying here and will be booking again in the future. Thank you so much :)

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Steps to the beach. If you prefer a more laid back beach experience, Hedy’s place is perfect! We LOVE how few people were on the beach and could drive up to Cocoa Beach Pier or boardwalk. Hedy is such a delight and sweet person! Our experience was great and relaxing!

Loved the location which is walkable to beach, stores, and restaurants. Condo was as described and located on a peaceful pond. Elaine was very responsive to messages.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laura's condo. It was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful! Laura is a very kind and responsive host. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

all around beautiful home. the inside was super clean and organized. The pool was a hit for our kids, they couldn't get enough of it. They had a ton of supplies and she was very easy to work with. I highly recommend this place and our family will be back.

This property met our needs perfectly. The location worked well for us since we had a car. There is not much to eat nearby. We enjoyed the screened-in deck. It was great for playing games as a family. We also liked the pool and hot tub. The boogie boards and beach chairs were appreciated.

It seems the rental fees are all getting inflated and becoming more difficult to justify, but we were oceanfront and it was a lovely home. There is a short walk through dunes to get to the beach which is a no brainer for younger people, but a bit more challenging for senior citizens. We would come again, it was very pleasant from the gazebo, the patio , the house or the beach. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay with Riccardo. His home is welcoming, clean, and spacious. There is a separate wing opposite his living quarters for our rooms and bathroom. It felt private and safe. He just finished remodeling his kitchen and it’s beautiful. We loved his espresso machine and his homemade low glycemic inflammatory sweetener mix. The property grounds felt very private and quiet, with fruit trees everywhere. Would highly recommend for someone who wants to stay with a host.
