The LCD TV in the living room has DIRECTV. The unit has WIFI, beach towels. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment for COOKS. .07 miles to the sand (119 yards). Outdoor shower, parking is steps from the back door. 1.3 Miles walk on the sand to the Cocoa Beach Pier. 1.7 miles to Port Canaveral.

Cape C - Beach Side Point

BEACH within view. You might have to squint a bit. The sand and the ocean are just steps away. This unit is almost fully renovated. It is a second floor corner unit. The building is located on a quiet dead end street (the end is the Ocean). Open parking on the property and a few of the parking spaces are set up for those with toys. You can just lounge at the beach or walk to the pier. Go to one of the many restaurants and bars all up and down A1A. FYI...ROCKET LAUNCH, ANYONE.
