We had an awesome week at Ken’s house. The pool is huge and was such a hit with our kids. The area around the pool is beautifully landscaped, too. The beach is only a 5 minute walk down the street, plus we got to see 2 rocket launches from the beach during our stay! The house was very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. Our kids also really enjoyed the pool table. Overall, a great spot for a family vacation, especially because of the amazing pool. Highly recommend.

Chelsi and Marc were perfect hosts - very responsive and helpful. The house is immaculate and very well equipped and the pool area is amazing. It was my daughter’s birthday whilst we were at the property and they had even arranged flowers for her which she loved. One of the best properties we have stayed in! Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Cocoa Beach.

My wife, 3 pups and I had a great relaxing stay. Larger than expected backyard, great pool and outdoor area as well as incredible convenience to what felt like a private beach — rode bikes to the beach one day, drove 3 mins and parked all other days. AM Walks on the beach, convenience to groceries, shopping and any restaurant the area has to offer as well as quiet area … made this a perfect, flexible location for us. Terese provided recommendations and was very responsive to any questions we had. If in the area again, we will look to reserve again!

We have come to this home 2 years in a row, now. It is beautiful, very close to the beach, and the hosts are wonderful. 15 years vacationing at Cocoa Beach and we plan on coming back to their spot as long as we are welcome!

This booking is absolutely worth every penny. We were fortunate enough to have an early check in and late check out.The reviews don’t lie, this home is well maintained, meticulously cleaned and thought out. The host stocked shampoo conditioner and body wash in the showers. We had three children with us aged 9 to 3 and they had the time of their lives. There is plenty of room for everyone there were 12 of us and we didn’t feel on top of each other. The kitchens are stocked with everything you need to cook a great meal. The outside bar and grill are awesome. The host is very accommodating (The only thing I will say which does not by any means reflect the host as this isn’t anything they can control) is the mosquitoes at night in the back are bad but that’s normal for Florida. We bought a mosquito fogger and fogged the back at dusk before we hung out and were fine. Again, has nothing to do with the host more of a heads up to plan for a Florida environment. We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was the perfect quiet location with great proximity to beaches, without the loudness of crowds or overly commercial areas. This property is in a quiet neighborhood and we would stay again without hesitation.

Happiness Cove is aptly named! It was a fantastic retreat for our family with plenty to do in the house. The amenities in house house, the views, and the ‘little things’ set this property apart from every AirBnb we’ve rented in the past. Will stay again…frankly didn’t want to leave! Place was great, super clean. Johnny was super responsive. He recommended a bunch of different things to do in the area. My parents just recently moved down to Florida so I’ll be visiting more. This will be the only place I stay when I go down! Thanks Johnny!

Cristie left a hand written note and reusable shopping bag. We stayed here for two days after our cruise. It was in a great location, just a short drive to the beach and the kids loved playing the connect four on the back porch. The sliding door was hard to open and close. It had plenty of room for all eight of us. There were several restaurant recommendations hung up and they were all great places.

This beach house was perfect for my family of 5! We enjoyed all of the extra touches that Sarah put into making this house feel like a home. We spent the majority of the time enjoying the outside oasis she has created. Her response times to my inquiries were very fast as well. Highly recommend staying here!

The place is beautiful with plenty to do. The dolphins and manatees were fun to watch from the pier and kayaks. There was plenty of beach stuff provided. The screen on porch was a nice cozy table to play games in. We were able to watch a satellite launch and it was breathtaking.

This was an amazing stay-cation for me and my family, we had an awesome time, we spent most of the time in the pool which was fantastic. Tha place was very clean and just as described on Nick's property. Great restaurants just few minutes away from it. Great place!!!!

The house is very inviting and clean! We loved the privacy and being in a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants near by! The pool and hot tub were wonderful, loved not having to share it with anyone! Kayla was quick to respond to our one and only question and accommodated our request! We would highly recommend this house if you don't want to be around all the noise and tourists!

Our family stayed at Mildrid’s Airbnb and were thrilled with the experience. They were in awe of the property. Will definitely book again.

We spent 10 nights here and loved it! The pool was great and I loved that I could keep an eye on the activities while grilling / making dinner in the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make a meal! The hand mixer was great for making birthday cakes. Beds were comfortable. I loved the beach chairs and umbrella that were in the garage. There were lots of beach towels as well. It was nice to not have to pack them. We would love to stay here again!

This place gets 100 STARS 🌟 from me! My son had a military exercise at Patrick Space Force Base Cocoa Beach and I needed a place for us to stay for 4 days . After reviewing several hotels in the area ALL with terrible reviews i was stuck. I decided to look at Airbnb and one of the first to come up was Jenn’s place . So I booked it the minute I looked at the listing and it was exactly what i needed and more. If I could give it 100 stars I would. When you arrive somewhere and it’s exactly as described and it exceeds your expectations it’s refreshing! It was clean, neat, no odors, huge bed, gleaming kitchen, laundry. It had amenities you cannot get at a hotel. Beach chairs ,umbrellas etc. It is located in a great neighborhood in small older condo complex that is well landscaped and also clean. Best of all ! This place was SO quiet. I mean you could hear a pin drop . Not a sound day or night. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Thank you for a great stay !

The house in Cocoa Beach is stunning. The pool was great and it was so nice to be right on the water. The house is beautifully decorated. Huge shower in the primary bath. Gorgeous sitting room and dinning room. Had everything we need for the long weekend. Grocery store is nearby and we had dinner at a local seafood restaurant as well. We had intended to go out shopping, sightseeing and to the beach, but it was so nice and relaxing, we spent most of the time out at the pool. I would definitely stay here again, if I am in the area. Plenty of room for multiple guests or your family. Kayaks and paddle boards are there for your use. Just a perfect place for our friends get together. Book this, you won’t be disappointed. Our host communicated well and checked in to see if we needed anything. Very responsive.

This property was a true gem. My family from ages 10 months to 78 years, as well as pups, loved the space. It was so quiet and peaceful yet convenient to everything. Manatees, dolphins, gorgeous decor, high end appliances, and an outdoor oasis made our stay amazing. Thank you.

Wow! This property had it all. It was perfect for our family get away. Ping pong, kayaks, paddle boards, and the most peaceful back “yard” ever. We saw dolphins, manatees, and birds galore. Our family made memories and relaxed well.

Our family really enjoyed the pool and the mini golf course. The inside of the house was very clean and nicely decorated. We would recommend this house to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway in Merritt Island or close to Cocoa Beach. Lots of great restaurants to choose from or have a door dash delivery after a day in the sun ☀️

The house is absolutely beautiful! It has anything and everything you could want or need. Jack was so helpful- we needed his help with something and he responded within minutes. He also had some great recs and was an overall friendly host!
