The house is spacious, fully fenced, with a backyard and very well ventilated. Designed with you and your family in mind, it consists of 2 bedrooms, 4 double beds, a bathroom, 2 air-conditioners, an iron, ironing board, (in case of burning the sheets you will be charged $300), stove, dishes, refrigerator, 1 fan, Wi-Fi. No smoking in the bedrooms. When leaving the accommodation, turn off the lights and the mini-split to avoid an extra charge of $400 (for unnecessary electricity use).
