Everything is excellent, very attentive and comes with everything you need to feel at home without hard on another occasion when we return, it will be our favorite place

We enjoyed our stay. Karli was very accommodating and responsive. One small quirk was how we could hear all the neighbors doing almost anything 😳 I would consider staying again though.

The apartment is as seen in the photos, it is very clean, I would highlight the mattress, which is so comfortable, it was two nights of restful sleep. I would definitely return.

We loved this place, it has everything you need to spend a few incredible days. The location is perfect as long as you have a car to get around. Charito is always attentive, and her recommendations are excellent.

The apartment is as described in the publication, it is impeccable, the furniture and decor are very tasteful, the atmosphere is super pleasant and the stay is very quiet and comfortable. The area is magnificent, very quiet, and close to shopping centers. The amenities are as described. Nidya's service was the best, always attentive and very clear in her instructions for both the arrival and the recommendations they made to us. Excellent place, I would definitely stay again on my next visit to Mérida.

The place was very good, I would only recommend changing the pillows , they are already a little worn , the area is between 5 and 10 minutes from the peripheral by car ! And to contact the hostess , it's best to dial her at the number that appears on the page , because if she is slow to respond to messages !!

Perfect! I had the privilege of staying in Charitos place for several months! I love the privacy & area! Amenities are great! Yvan & Raul (building staff) are super kind & do an amazing job! The apt. had everything I needed! Charitos place is more well stocked than most airbnbs I've stayed in nearby. Walmart is a 15 min walk. Great restaurants & oxxo are a 5 min walk. I would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent location, especially if you're going to a consultation at the Faro del Mayab, because you can walk there. The apartment is in excellent condition. Everything is fine.

We chose this place for our 2 month stay and felt at home right away. The area is peaceful and family friendly. Carolina and the apartment building staff were so kind and welcoming. We have many happy memories to carry with us. I hope we can return some day.

From the selection of the place, to the moment of departure, everything was excellent. A fairly quiet and very safe area, very memorable!

Everything was fine, we had details with the air in the main bedroom and it was partially resolved. I would only recommend changing linens. Another thing that touched us is a lot of noise from the windows, it was too airy and they sounded a lot, but I think it was something particular from the days we were. The apartment is very nice, clean and comfortable.

This is my second time staying in one of Jesus’s place and both times I was not disappointed. The place looks exactly like the pics and was comfortable. I did mention to him that the pool needed to be maintained and he responded quickly. Jesus was kind enough to provide some cooking essentials upon request. I’d stay here again.
