Vacation rentals with beach access in Merida

This is the second time I have stayed here for stays longer than a week and I am always fascinated by the tranquility that the space offers, the beautiful landscapes and the very safe area to be and go for a walk, away from the hustle and bustle of much more crowded beaches. I highly recommend it if you want to spend a few pleasant and very relaxing days.

I want to thank Kurt for the great stay we had in Merida! He was very responsive and gave helpful advice/recommendations for our trip. The pool was very relaxing and we enjoyed the pickleball court as well.

We had an amazing stay in Moisés’ condo. The unit is beautifully furnished, comfy beds, well-outfitted kitchen, plenty of seating, towels, everything! The pool and patio area are incredible. Everything was spotlessly clean and the on-site attendant was helpful. We would highly recommend a stay in Moisés’ house for couples, families, or groups. Great beach within 100 yards, easy access to downtown restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Wonderful vacation spot!!

We had a great stay at Brett’s place in Chelem. The interior is immaculate and very comfortable and it has a lovely position with a private shared garden leading up to the sea, complete with pool. The seats at the end of the garden were the perfect place to watch the spectacular sunsets! A nice weekend getaway from the city!

The apartment was clean and smelled of clean! very well equipped! It has an optimal design and the facilities are nice, in good condition and with a very nice aesthetic. Miguel is very attentive and the manager David gave us a brief and clear explanation of the dynamics to follow. The sea is like 100 meters away and I would definitely stay there again! We had a great time! We were fortunate that there were few guests so we enjoyed the silence and stillness of the environment! THANK YOU!!!

Loved this place. Although it is a bit far from the city, if you go by car it is no problem and the trip is totally worth it. The atmosphere is really nice, you can tell that they take care of every detail, and the overall experience was very positive. Ideal to disconnect for a while and enjoy something different. I would definitely come back.

WE HAD A GREAT TIME! THE HOST WAS ALWAYS VERY ATTENTIVE AND ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS AND REQUESTS THAT WERE MADE. THE PLACE IS SPECTACULAR. YOU CAN HAVE A VERY NICE TIME RELAXING OR SPENDING TIME WITH YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS. IT HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND MORE. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WITHOUT A DOUBT, IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO GET AWAY FROM THE CITY AND REST. I ENJOYED THE STAY A LOT. THE POOL IS LARGE AND COMFORTABLE TO ENJOY.

Amazing service and good location

Beautiful secluded place great for respite. Very nice family with the parents next door who are wonderful people. Uber is available sometimes it takes 20 minutes to get there so plan accordingly to head into Progresso for restaurants and shopping & groceries.

Amazing apartment, very nice and comfortable, just like in the photos. It has many amenities, the kitchen is very complete, it has too many utensils. In the bathroom they leave shampoo and soap, they have enough towels and an iron for clothes. The air conditioners work super well, in general everything works well except for a TV that really did not affect our stay. On the balcony there is a super comfortable chair to spend the afternoon there, and you can see the pool. The pool is very comfortable, it has a height of approximately 1.2 meters. The beach is 1-2 minutes away on foot, however, (at least I had to) there is an unpleasant smell in the entrance area and the area there is not very "adaptable" to be in the sea. In conclusion, I highly recommend it, it's worth it.

Oscar was always on the lookout, super attentive and friendly, the accommodation is more than excellent, it has everything you need and more to spend an incredible few days, the next time I return I will surely stay with him again.

We stayed only two days in Mauricio’s place because it was only a short visit in Progreso. The condo is very nice, well furnished and supplied. The neighbours are nice and the place is quiet. There is a nice pool and a rooftop patio with a nice view, shaded area and a nice breeze. There is a convenience store nearby as well as a few nice restaurants with a varied offering of dishes. We recommend this place for a nice stay in Progreso.
