The stay was very good. The room had comfortable beds and enough space. There was a small detail with the cleanliness of the apartment, but outside of that everything was excellent.

A very nice welcome at Jorge's with little touches like water and some sodas in the fridge . Two blocks from the historic center. A very good stay, I would recommend it

Excellent spot, it was quiet most of the time and had everything we needed. Its an excellent place to be at and move to different locations around Merida. The place needs work on the cleaning supplies, we had to buy Pinol and a mop as the available mop had a terrible odor and so did the floors.

A modern building entrance is marked by a prominent white sign displaying the name 'BALTIA.' Lush greenery surrounds the area, with tropical plants positioned alongside a gravel pathway, creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere.

We found the apartment very comfortable. The shower was great, bed was comfortable. My husband and I had some health issues to deal with while we were there and Kevin was very understanding. Would stay there again.

Best place to stay in Merida ! Luis was super kind and gave me a ride into town to see the sights and attractions. The property is central, quiet, and extremely comfortable (and well maintained). I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Merida.

Carmen was great host and was quick to respond to our requests. He gave us links to places we asked about and was around a great host. Being beside La Plancha gave a wonderful place to walk each night and the walk downtown along Calla 47 was about the best place we could have chosen for an Airbnb. We are going back in September to finish my dental procedures and are going to g to try to book the same location from Carmin.
