Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Memphis

Fantastic and prompt replies! We booked last minute as we were passing through Memphis and the host accepted and responded quickly. This was a great help in our travels!

We had an absolutely delightful experience at this charming triplex! It was truly everything my partner and I had been hoping for in our getaway. Although we packed a small fan for sleeping comfort, we discovered a lovely ceiling fan in the spacious bedroom that provided a perfect breeze throughout the night. This unit, nestled in the center of the triplex, was impressively the largest of the three, giving us ample room to relax and unwind. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, from pots and pans to cutlery, making cooking a breeze. We especially appreciated having a washer and dryer at our disposal, which allowed us to pack light and enjoy our stay without worrying about laundry. Honestly, all we really needed to bring were our clothes and a selection of groceries, as the rest was thoughtfully provided. Our stay exceeded all expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect retreat!

Our stay at Graze House was truly exceptional! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly comfortable from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect and right near the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to explore. Morgan and the entire Pettigrew Adventures team was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome wine and the stocked kitchen. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Graze house to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Memphis. Great stay! My boyfriend is from Florida so this place was a great way to show him Memphis nightlife.

It was my first Airbnb experience and it was fantastic. Will definitely use Airbnb again because of my experience. The host was helpful, communicative, and kind. I would stay again.

My stay was Amazing! The check in and departure was very easy, the instructions were clear and precise. The value was unbelievable. I will never stay at a hotel again. The apartment was beautiful it looked exactly like the listing. Everything you needed was right there. The neighborhood was beautiful and sitting on the porch in the morning was something you could never get from a hotel stay. The neighbors were friendly. I was able to wash my clothes before I left which was great. This has been one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. I had never done anything Airbnb and was scared a little bit however I was not disappointed at all. I will make that 10 hour drive again soon if the will have me. Don't let me forget to tell you how elegantly the place was decorated. Time was definitely taken to assure you felt at home. Also they had so many movie channels that I was amazed. For what I paid and what I got was a definite do over. I truly believe the 5 star rating is deserved.

Ren’s place fit all of my needs. The home is clean and private. The area is what really peaks my interest. It is walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, work out classes and more!

I appreciated Annie‘s space a lot. I felt home in the space pretty quickly, and I was glad about the washer and dryer. The neighbor hood around Overton Square is lively and can be reached in walking distance. I’d book it again. Annie is great, very reponsive and helpful.

This was perfect for us. we stayed here to visit Graceland and see the Peabody ducks. It is close to downtown and right next to the Hwy for quick drives.

The home was beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. Elizabeth and Mike were very responsive and helpful hosts. We would definitely stay there again the next time we’re in Memphis.

We loved staying here! It was in a great location and was fully furnished with everything we needed. It was also very spacious and felt like a home away from home. We loved how each bedroom had a theme and how very comfortable the beds were. When we visit again, this will definitely be the first place we choose to stay!

Love the area… I live closed to memphis, and love memphis, do to this location we discover new eating places. Love the mattress!!!!

The house was great - artsy, quirky and fun. We appreciated the extra touches - original artwork, record player with lots of albums, Elvis coffee mugs in the kitchen. It was walkable within the Cooper Young neighborhood with a coffee shop, art gallery, local brew pub and BBQ restaurant within easy walking distance. Friendly neighbors. We enjoyed our stay! Our reservation, arrival, stay and departure all went smoothly due to our wonderful host's clear set up and instructions. We enjoyed the home and the area.

Eric was helpful in making sure the place was wheelchair accessible. Once inside, the rooms are big and spacious. Could use more mirrors given the limited amount of bathrooms.

It was absolutely beautiful, with clean a and beautiful color pallette and decor.

Spectacular! The condo was spotless and just as lovely as pictured. Close to Beale St, downtown, and many sights. Despite this, the area was quiet and no problems with noise at all. The building itself has interesting historical significance. Aubreyl provided detailed instructions, very easy to follow. She also provided a list of her dining recommendations, something for every possible option. After trying several, we agree with her opinion! I definitely recommend this space when staying in Memphis. Would return in a heartbeat.

This a beautiful place and the pictures don’t do any justice- for this to be downtown, it’s quite and private. The location is walkable to some great restaurants and shops .

We really enjoyed a wonderful, peaceful Mothers Day weekend. Catherine and Mary’s was fabulous and very close so we went there twice. A quiet little getaway. Thanks to Andrew for being explicit with directions, instructions and lock usage. No hiccups with checking in. We’ll be back before too long I hope. Thanks again Andrew!

This is our second stay with Mallory and Tripp. We love their condo and location. Secure parking a plus. Walking distance to Bealle Street and museums. They have hot water with good shower pressure. The bed is comfy. Love the Bohemian theme. We look forward to our next Memphis getaway with them. Thank you for your lovely accommodations.

I would happily stay here again if I'm ever in Memphis. The apartment lived up to the photos and is conveniently located for a breweries and a very short walk to the famous Sun Record Studios. Secure parking in a private garage attached to the property gives peace of mind.
