If you are lucky enough to book for a Saturday night Redbirds game, you'll get a close-up view of the amazing fireworks display. (Gated parking with one free space in garage adjacent to building.)

Cool & Unique Condo on Main Street

You'll have access to all areas in this spacious condo - 3 bedrooms & baths, kitchen, living/dining room, laundry closet, parking lot & back deck. The parking area has room for 2 vehicles & is secured by an electronic gate. We supply a gate remote to guests. The back deck is shared with the neighboring unit which is also a short-term rental. Unfortunately, we do not offer one-night rentals Thursday through Sunday with no cancellation refunds for bookings during holidays or special events.

Loft near Beale Street!!!! My Chic industrial style loft is located in the heart of Downtown Memphis. My place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers and corporate travelers. Just steps away from Beale Street, Main Street and Front street. Explore the day by foot, or hop on our vintage trolley. My loft is in the perfect location to explore all that Memphis has to offer. Pool is seasonal Memorial Day-Labor day. 10am-9pm Pool is closed on Tuesday for cleaning and routine maintenance. No pets!

The Cottage of South Main Downtown Arts District

A unique Guesthouse in the heart of the South Main Historic Arts District of Downtown. This New Orleans style guesthouse has a fabulous covered deck for year-round enjoyment. Part of a 2 building property where owners live in the other building. Located directly on the Main St. Trolley line and within walking distance of The Civil Rights Museum, The Orpheum, Beale Street, FedEx Forum, Amtrak Train Station, all Memphis in May activities and great restaurants/shopping.
