Available longer term October- March. Located in Elvis’ neighborhood in between the home of Vernon Presley and the home Elvis bought for Linda Thompson. The home sits directly behind The Guesthouse at Graceland. The open concept layout makes this home great for families. Just blocks from Graceland, close to the Airport, STAX, AL Greens church, & 10-15 minutes to downtown. Pets are allowed. $50 per pet, per visit. The pool will be closed from October-Mid May. Our large, meticulously renovated private home is art filled and furnished with our eclectic style. There are two bedrooms down with their own bathrooms. Two bedrooms upstairs share a bath. An additional flex space with daybed is upstairs as well. The beautiful gourmet kitchen is open to the living and dining areas. Although the house is not ADA compliant it does have wheelchair access on the ground floor. Our home is in the authentic Memphis. As we say, "Midtown is Memphis".

Historic Cooper Young Midtown Shotgun House

Circa 1902 shotgun home is restored to its vivid roots & we retained original Memphis Character! We’ve used vintage furnishings alongside vintage & original artworks. In Cooper Young, it's a 5 minute walk to music, restaurants, breweries, bars, coffee, Liberty Bowl, galleries, and record & bookstores. Narrow drive for small car parking or on street for larger vehicles. No TV ( enjoy!). Guests must have 3+ reviews to book due to garbage humans in the past.

Harbert House is situated within walking distance to shops and food in Cooper Young + Overton Square, 2 miles from the Memphis Zoo and Overton park, & 3 miles from downtown. Harbert House was built in 1912 and has historic charm.
