We’ve stayed 4 days in the apartment. Everything matches the listing. The place is neat and clean.

Very good location in a closed and protected area. The port is nice. You have direct view on the ocean and the pool gets sunlight all the day. You can walk to the beach and Spar market. Host was helpful and responsive. We had a good journey there.

The place was as described. We were missing a garden table, but this could be remedied by taking out the living room table. The landlord was very accommodating when we had to leave early due to illness.

The property is located in a very good area, with access to the beach and the promenade. Everything you need is 5 min away: supermarket, bars, restaurants…. The apartment is very nice and the stay was unbeatable. Very good service too. We'll be back for sure.

it's really a perfect place to stay. The terrace is spacious with plenty of shade and privacy. You'll walk to the beach in no time. We thought the beds were a bit hard but otherwise it was perfect. Luis thank you. For us it couldn't be better. Hopefully see you soon.

This apartment was fab! We just returned from a week’s stay and caught the end of Pride celebrations. Five minute walk to the Yumbo centre and fifteen minutes to the beach. Apartment was spotless clean and beds very comfortable. Gunilla was lovely and super responsive / flexible - she made sure to accommodate us for early check in and late check out due to our flight times and went out of her way to drop off extra washing machine powder. Supermarket and amenities within the complex were super handy, and the pool area was clean and usually very quiet, so it felt like having a whole pool to yourself at times. Will definitely use again and highly recommend :)

Lovely apartment with a beautiful seaside view!

Kim is a very friendly host and responds very quickly to messages. The apartment was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the pool is easy to access. Parking on the road was easy and the apartment is a good central location for driving around the island, we walked to a few restaurants in the evenings with no issues. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location! Walking distance to several beaches and restaurants. Great view of the sunset too! Just a small tip for future guests—if you prefer thicker or more supportive pillows, you might want to bring your own, as the ones provided are on the thinner side.

Thank you for the warm way and welcome. Every little wish was done immediately and we spent wonderful days in the nice little apartment. Unfortunately, we only had one week available but would love to come back anytime. The proximity to the shopping and the absolutely great restaurant, right on the premises, we were allowed to enjoy Calma Chicha. The bus stop was also a four-minute walk from the accommodation to the beach Kiosk number three, it was an approximately 17-minute walk down the dunes. It took us a little longer on the way back. A nice trip is by bus to Porto Mogán! We often spent the evenings at the end on the small balcony, from which you could look at a larger palm forest. We felt very comfortable. ❣️👍💃🏻Karin and Ines

the accommodation is amazing, it was golden with all the amenities you can expect in an apartment, everything was very clean. If I go back to Gran Canaria, I would definitely repeat.

I had a wonderful 12-day stay in this apartment in Maspalomas. The place was recently renovated, spotlessly clean, and exactly as shown in the photos—no surprises at all. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet quiet enough to relax and very close to the beach. Communication with the host was excellent: very quick to respond and always helpful with anything I asked. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very well equipped kitchen. Ivan met us at the apartment for check in, also responsive with queries. Lovely views and a short walk down to beach and shops. Great pool but we mostly used the beach. Lovely fish restaurants nearby

The apartment is clean, modern, tidy and equipped with every comfort. The communication with Edgar is very good and Marisol welcomed us well. The only downside is that it is a bit noisy, but I would definitely recommend the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay. I would definitely book this apartment again in the future. Host reacted friendly and very quickly to messages, apartment was very clean, good parking in the vicinity and of course it was only a few steps to the beach with a beautiful view.

We had a wonderful stay there. House, garden and pool are excellent. The surrounding area is not very attractive, so a car is essential. Distances to beautiful beaches and lively areas are pretty short then.

We really enjoyed our week at this lovely apartment. We particularly loved the sunny terrace with space to sunbathe as well as an outdoor dining area and separate comfy seating area. Cristina was very welcoming and kindly left us some cheese and wine (much appreciated!). Location was fairly quiet, which we enjoy, but there are plenty of shops nearby, with a large supermarket opposite the apartment block. The accommodation was good value for money too, definitely recommend it.

We all enjoyed staying in this lovely and clean apartment. Our two children settled in quickly. Lots of kitchen equipment, storage, towels and hangers. The beach towels, gym equipment and playstation were a win!

Highly recommend this house! We and the kids had a great time. Everything was clean and tidy. The Pool was big enough, heated, covered when not used and very clean. The Games Room is a game changer that we haven't saw nowhere else. It offers a lot of games for kids and adults. Hans is truly a professional and extraordinary guest oriented! Answering very fast in case you need something. The weather in this region seems to be best from the entire island (most sun hours).

Excellent apartment, very clean, modern, new, nothing missing, María is a real gem, pleasant, friendly, always responsive. The beach is 5 minutes from the apartment, it is superb, there is a 10-minute walk to everything you need in small shops, restaurants etc, 15 minutes by car from Palma and 30 minutes max from the tourist area (Maspalomas, meloneras, Pasito Blanco etc) In short, there is really nothing wrong with this apartment, it is simply magnificent, a roof terrace with phenomenal sea views. Fer is a very great host. It can't get any better!!He responds immediately and is very friendly. He welcomed us very warmly and we felt very welcome. In the apartment we were surprised with flowers and a filled fruit bowl,not to mention the bottle of red wine, the mineral water and the very fine olive oil. Thank you so much!!I highly recommend Fer and look forward to next time in Patalavaca!!

Our vacation at Paula's was great! The place is super clean, the terrace large with a parasol and barbecue and sunny all day 🌞 Paula is very accommodating and happy to give tips. We can recommend Tauro beach, which is only 10 minutes away by car :) Otherwise, you should only know that there is a surcharge for the use of the hot tub, which we did not know about beforehand.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, is clean and equipped with everything you need for a successful vacation. The hot tub on the balcony is great. It is recommended to have your own car and not to have heavy suitcases because you have to go up some stairs to the apartment. The hostess was very nice and always available if you wanted questions or tips. We had a very nice holiday here.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! The location is really unbeatable – just steps from the beach, so we could spontaneously go to the sea every day. Especially as a family with children, this was a huge plus. The apartment itself is very child-friendly and offers everything you need for a relaxing family vacation. Our children immediately felt comfortable and had enough space to play. The amenities were also excellent – from high chair to baby bed, everything was available and already provided. Fátima was very friendly and helpful, communication went smoothly and easily. We felt completely welcome and can absolutely recommend the accommodation.
