Beautiful modern furnishings. Perfect balcony for watching the sunset. We could hear the sound of the sea and could not have been nearer to the beach. Nathalie arranged taxis for us and was there to greet us personally. Five property and host.

This is the nicest holiday apartment I have stayed in - I loved staying here and was very sorry to leave. It's really clean and well equipped with everything you could need for a longer stay, the complex is quiet and the view is fantastic! Guillermo was really helpful and friendly and a fantastic host! I'd highly recommend staying here and I hope to myself in the future!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of storage space, and the location was unbeatable—just a minute’s walk to restaurants and the marina, and only a few minutes from the beach. Everything was within easy walking distance. Puerto de Mogán is a truly magical place—peaceful, picturesque, and full of charm. We loved the marina, the quiet beach, spotting tropical fish in the clear water, and watching crabs on the rocks. The blossom-lined streets around the accommodation made it even more special. The town winds down around 10–10:30 PM, which suited us perfectly—it was ideal for relaxed evenings with a glass of wine, followed by a restful night and early morning walks for breakfast. it's really a perfect place to stay. The terrace is spacious with plenty of shade and privacy. You'll walk to the beach in no time. We thought the beds were a bit hard but otherwise it was perfect. Luis thank you. For us it couldn't be better. Hopefully see you soon.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! The location is really unbeatable – just steps from the beach, so we could spontaneously go to the sea every day. Especially as a family with children, this was a huge plus. The apartment itself is very child-friendly and offers everything you need for a relaxing family vacation. Our children immediately felt comfortable and had enough space to play. The amenities were also excellent – from high chair to baby bed, everything was available and already provided. Fátima was very friendly and helpful, communication went smoothly and easily. We felt completely welcome and can absolutely recommend the accommodation. Thank you for the wonderful time – we will be happy to come back.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation and with the communication with Annika. The apartment was as described. The place Arguineguin is still original and not overflowing with tourists, as we imagined it. The location of the apartment was very quiet despite its central location and had great views of the sea. You old cement factory had a certain charm, especially in the evening, when it was lit. In the evening we had a great view of the sea of lights from the upstairs terrace, very great.

We didn't miss anything during our stay, great accommodation, quiet, clean and next to everything!

A truly unique, special place to stay. The Atlantic Ocean is your nearest neighbour. Minutes from the airport & very easily found. Perfect for lovers who appreciate nature. We had a great experience at Katharina's place! The pool has a nice 28 degree temperature, every bedroom has aircondition to ensure a good night's sleep, and the house is located a short drive from some amazing beaches and decent restaurants. Couldn't have asked for more!

Javier was great in all aspects. Place is close to everything, parking out front was easy. Only disappointment was pool and were supposed to be heated but were not when we were there.

I stayed 5 days at "Caracas del sol" and all I can say is: Absolutely stunning! The place is spacious, quiet, tastefully decorated, everything has been thought for the guests to have the best stay they could expect. I stayed in many Airbnb before, this is definitely the most amazing one. I highly recommend this place, It is really worth every cent you play. I will definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at this beautiful bungalow, the location, the amenities just everything was perfect! Zen and Wolfgang were so incredibly sweet and accommodating, we felt right at home. a truly perfect accommodation. very large house with a large terrace, equipped with everything, 2! bathrooms, quiet surroundings, not far into the center - also by public transport, safe neighborhood, great location, also supermarket bakery restaurant and cafes within walking distance, very warm hosts, fantastic views. everything was even better than expected, we had a wonderful relaxing vacation and this accommodation simply helped to enjoy this island! All good and as described. Very clean. Balcony had great views over the the sea and south to the dunes. Balcony was always in shade (we visited in end of April which gave rest from the sun. Always free sunbeds and chairs at pool area to get the sun. Easy walk to beach (using lift) where selection of beach bars and restaurants were found. Had a great stay.

The place was as described. Water and smaller snacks were also available upon arrival. The panoramic view up to the dunes was fascinating. We were able to park our rental car at any time without any problems. Parking was always plenty available. We can recommend the apartment without reservation and will be happy to come back for our next stay.

Perfect location, very nice apartment and a great beach on the clean Atlantic. Nothing was missing in the apartment. Feeling like Home. At the time of our trip, the ambience in the immediate vicinity was private, no signs of mass tourism. To our liking. Should we take another trip to Gran Canaria, we will certainly ask Juan.

We had a wonderful holiday on the property. The apartment is nicely furnished and you really have everything you need. The complex and the view were beautiful and mostly really very quiet. It all matched the images. Communication was super uncomplicated and very nice and helpful. We always found a good parking space.

The area is very quiet, you can easily find a place to park the car nearby. The community's facilities are impeccable, with direct access to the beach. Nothing to complain about. Blanca was a great host. second bedroom very noisy but it was ok for kids. area is very quiet in May, some restaurants close by but good walk to get to busier areas. beautiful beach, easy parking and some restaurants close by.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment, with amazing views. if you enjoy the sound of waves then this place is for you. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, even picking us up from the airport upon arrival. For us this was heaven and we definitely recommend.
