A beautiful apartment with fantastic views directly of the beach and the sea. The place is beautifully decorated, has everything you need. We felt right at home. The location is great, the beach is within easy reach. There are some good restaurants and shopping nearby. I can only recommend the place.

Everything super organized! Everything available that your heart desires from small welcome snacks to the nice receptionist to the frozen cooling sleeve for the champagne or wine. We were particularly enthusiastic about the lovingly and detailed folder with all the instructions for using the devices such as TV, light, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, etc. Many great tips for excursions, restaurant, etc. Also the pool area, which can be shared, was a dream from the cleanliness to the nice service to more than enough loungers. All around a great stay😁

Really enjoyed my stay here. The flat is on great location just few minutes walking from the beach. IT was clean and bed was comfortable. Communication with host was great and there is also swimming pool as a part of reaidential unit. There is nothing luxury with this flat but it is average flat fully equiped with all things you need for your stay. Would stay again here

We were very satisfied with the accommodation and with the communication with Annika. The apartment was as described. The place Arguineguin is still original and not overflowing with tourists, as we imagined it. The location of the apartment was very quiet despite its central location and had great views of the sea. You old cement factory had a certain charm, especially in the evening, when it was lit. In the evening we had a great view of the sea of lights from the upstairs terrace, very great.

The apartment is even better than what we expected from the pictures - breathtaking view over the ocean, very modernly furnished and equipped with far more than what one could need during their stay. The check-in was completely smooth with clear instructions and the recommendations we were given for local trips were very helpful! We loved every bit of our stay at this beautiful place and would definitely recommend it! A big thank you to the amazing host.

Our stay was amazing, the best part was of course the view! Beach is downstairs and plenty beaches walks and buses away. Great supermarkets and plenty restaurants right downstairs and had everything we needed in the apartment and more! Really lovely host and super responsive, do not hesitate to book here our stay was perfect ❤️

This apartment is absolutely beautiful. We stayed here for a week, the place is clean, tidy and has everything that you need to just kick back and relax and enjoy your holiday. The pool is just like the pictures, it was very quiet when we were there, and spotlessly clean. There is a Spar supermarket a 10 minute walk down a very quiet road and in the same shopping centre area there are a couple of good restaurants. We hired a car for our time in Gran Canaria and there was always lots of parking available at all times of the day just outside the apartment. I would highly recommend to other guests. Thanks Diego.

Such an amazing Airbb, location was incredible and was fully equipped with everything you can possibly need and much more! The view was breathtaking, I’ve stay in many Airbb all over the world and I can say this is one of the best ones of far!

Excellent host! I've been to his house several times and I'll keep coming back if possible! Ideal location for getting around the south of the island. The house is spacious and clean. Communication with David is fluid and friendly. 5-star

we have just returned from a lovely 2 week holiday at Nicolas property. we were extremely happy on arrival, instructions were clear and easy to follow. everything was as described & in the photos. Nicolas checked in with us by txt to make sure all was well & if we needed anything. the property is in a quiet peaceful location but within walking distance to nearby beach & restaurants. would definitely recommend and will possibly return ourselves in the future. Great accommodation, far larger than we need but we like plenty of space and are prepared to pay extra for it. Ilse was a great communicator prior, helped our taxi driver find the property on arrival, allowed check out later than expected and booked us a taxi back to the airport. One thing that I think is missing is a book/folder of local recommendations and instructions, although Ilse does have a blog with some wider recommendations. Overall we really enjoyed the stay, highly recommended.

We would recommend this house to anyone. An absolute dream. Very clean everything, nothing was broken. There was even shampoo and enough towels for 4 persons. Fernando and Kati are super friendly. There was another welcome gift. Fresh fruit and wine. It was just great. We will definitely be back. The unit is also super. Two large pools on two levels with waterfall. In close proximity there are restaurants, an Aldi and a spar. Those who want to have a quiet and relaxing holiday are very well taken care of by Fernando and Kati.

Stay at Roberto’s apartment, Casa, Aquamarina, was relaxing, comfortable and exciting. He, as a host, is friendly and gave us a lot of helpful tips while we were in Gran Canaria and also before arriving here. He even arranged a baby crib and baby chair for us, which was so helpful. Location wise, the Aquamarina is located near the bus stop, which makes it more easier to connect to other beaches and touristic spots at really economical prices. The apartment looks over the Anfi beach, which is buzzing and serene. This area has got supermarkets which made it easier to cook on all the days we stayed here. All in all, it was memorable, and I would highly recommend Roberto’s Casa for a stay in Gran Canaria.

Javier was great in all aspects. Place is close to everything, parking out front was easy. Only disappointment was pool and were supposed to be heated but were not when we were there.

We had a wonderful holiday on the property. The apartment is nicely furnished and you really have everything you need. The complex and the view were beautiful and mostly really very quiet. It all matched the images. Communication was super uncomplicated and very nice and helpful. We always found a good parking space.

Everything was accurately described in the listing Prompt responses to all queries before our trip.Alicia's on site manager, Ake was extremely helpful, even picked us up at the bus stop on our arrival. Would be happy to return again.

Maria's apartment is absolutely perfect. It looked exactly like the photos, although a little smaller than we expected but that didn't bother us. The apartment was lovely, clean and modern. The bed was also very comfortable and a lovely shower. María was super helpful and responsive in any questions we had prior to our arrival. Our flight arrived at 10am and we were able to check in just after 11am which was incredible. On arrival, María gave us a list of recommendations which was so helpful. We also really really appreciated the bottle of wine that was left for us for our recent engagement. It was so thoughtful. The complex is so clean and we felt really safe. The pool is absolutely fab, there were lots of sun loungers available, so no need for early morning rush to reserve them! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again.

Clean apartment! Comfortable beds. We spoke on several occasions with Yolanda, be it Cristina and there was no problem at all. It has parking, pool and there is a restaurant, where you eat quite well with access to the pool. I recommend it!

The apartment and the entire complex are very nice and well maintained. We felt completely comfortable right after arrival. The location was quiet and yet you can reach the bus stop or taxi in a few minutes. There is a large pool as well as direct beach access. Upon our arrival, chilled drinks and snacks were ready for us. The communication in advance and also during the stay was straightforward and Monica responded quickly to my messages. We can only recommend the place and would come back anytime.

Our stay at Bjorn & John's was impeccable. A very welcoming host. The apartment is well-equipped and clean. Within walking distance. Everything was perfect.

We decided to rent this apartment after previous reviews on Airbnb and were very happy after our stay. This is a peaceful oasis away from noise where you can really relax in. The apartment and the space itself really lived up to expectations. Sitting on the terrace with breakfast while the morning sun stood up was a delight. Otherwise, it has a sun all day until it sets and can cool off in the pool, which almost no one else used. There are 2 grocery stores in the immediate vicinity, as well as some good restaurants. Otherwise, it is only 2 km down to the coast, where there is a walkway just beyond the apartment. There is also a short distance both to several restaurants the opposite way, as well as Playa Del Ingles. And then there was very good service from the host Claudio, as well as info about everything you were wondering about. Thank you so much for a great stay and service, we would love to come back again to this peaceful oasis!

Well located for trips into Puerto Rico and Puerto de Mogán, the apartment was exactly as described. Well equipped, bright and clean the apartment made for a relaxing stay. It is worth noting that the apartment block is accessed via a steep hill and whilst there are lifts installed, you need to climb 2 flights of narrow stairs to access the apartment which could present a challenge for the elderly or families with a small child. The host was helpful and proactive with communications, providing clear instructions at every stage.
