Old 'alpendre' (porch) recently transformed for residential use in Santa Lucía de Tirajana. The alpendre was the house of the animals. The most valued and difficult to keep were the cows. There used to be two per property. The cows' part is now the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The goats and the donkey were housed in the other rooms that are now the bedrooms, and the current bathroom was the place where the grass was deposited for the rest of the day, as it was usually picked in the morning.

Among the highlights is the terrace, due to its location it receives sunshine for a good part of the day and has two sun loungers, an umbrella and an outdoor dining area and awning so you can enjoy your meals outdoors with the pleasant breeze and listen to the sound of the sea.
