Apartment vacation rentals in Maspalomas

I have spent 11 days in this apartment and can say that it is a rally good value for money. The check-in was very easy and flexible (key box) and the apartment was very clean and smelled good when arrived. It is located on the 5th floor which means you have a nice view form the terrace. The air conditioning works very well and allows you to cool down the apartment quickly. You can make it quite dark in the bedroom to have a better sleep if you like to sleep until noon (like me) and there are shutters in the living room. The bed was comfy, and the kitchen is well equipped. The furniture in the living room is traditional but cozy and in good condition. Jörg is a great host. He was always available, professional and friendly and tried to help if I needed anything. The location of the apartment was perfect for my purposes as I came to enjoy the nightlife, and it is just 2 min away from yumbo center (with all kind of bars and restaurants).

The place was as described. We were missing a garden table, but this could be remedied by taking out the living room table. The landlord was very accommodating when we had to leave early due to illness.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of storage space, and the location was unbeatable—just a minute’s walk to restaurants and the marina, and only a few minutes from the beach. Everything was within easy walking distance. Puerto de Mogán is a truly magical place—peaceful, picturesque, and full of charm. We loved the marina, the quiet beach, spotting tropical fish in the clear water, and watching crabs on the rocks. The blossom-lined streets around the accommodation made it even more special. The town winds down around 10–10:30 PM, which suited us perfectly—it was ideal for relaxed evenings with a glass of wine, followed by a restful night and early morning walks for breakfast. I had a wonderful 12-day stay in this apartment in Maspalomas. The place was recently renovated, spotlessly clean, and exactly as shown in the photos—no surprises at all. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet quiet enough to relax and very close to the beach. Communication with the host was excellent: very quick to respond and always helpful with anything I asked. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The apartment is clean, modern, tidy and equipped with every comfort. The communication with Edgar is very good and Marisol welcomed us well. The only downside is that it is a bit noisy, but I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Really great stay at Pedro's apartment. He was very responsive and friendly in communication - even when we stupidly couldn't figure out how to turn the hob on! Great location. The heated pool was a welcome addition. Wouldn't definitely return.

Everything was great. The way to the beach is short and easy. Most of the time we had the pool for ourselves. Jorge was very nice to us. He gave us lots of tips where we could go and he answered very fast. We once forgot our key and he found a fast way to help us even though he wasn’t in town himelf. All in all, we‘re very happy and would like to come back one day.

Perfect . Immaculate, tasteful & clean. We enjoyed walking to the local beaches & restaurants. Very easy to catch a bus further afield ( Porto Mogan ) cost 1.75 euro. Local SPAR shop fantastic - everything you need . Sun all day on front patio from 11am until those stunning sun sets . The steps to the beach are a challenge - but we were running them several times a day because we can.The apartment has an nespresso coffee machine , SMEG kettle. Large fridge freezer, dishwasher & washing machine. Plus hair dryer Everything looked new.

Everything was simply perfect. Very well-kept house located inside a beautiful residence with swimming pool, supermarket and restaurant. A few minutes drive from the dunes of Maspalomas and surrounded by all the necessary amenities such as pharmacies, gyms, supermarkets (Lidl) and the characteristic Yumbo Center. Extremely communicative and helpful host. We hope to return soon. Thanks!

Great location, walking distance to town centre and beach so it’s perfect. Apartment is clean and has everything. Great having a shop on the grounds.

I will definitely stay there again. It is well located. It is easy to walk to places. It is near by to stores, restaurants and bars. It is quiet at night so that you can get a good sleep. Eka was always helpful and quick to respond. I am glad I stayed there.

I would repeat and recommend it for a relaxing vacation near the sea

We really enjoyed our week at this lovely apartment. We particularly loved the sunny terrace with space to sunbathe as well as an outdoor dining area and separate comfy seating area. Cristina was very welcoming and kindly left us some cheese and wine (much appreciated!). Location was fairly quiet, which we enjoy, but there are plenty of shops nearby, with a large supermarket opposite the apartment block. The accommodation was good value for money too, definitely recommend it.

We all enjoyed staying in this lovely and clean apartment. Our two children settled in quickly. Lots of kitchen equipment, storage, towels and hangers. The beach towels, gym equipment and playstation were a win!

Excellent apartment, very clean, modern, new, nothing missing, María is a real gem, pleasant, friendly, always responsive. The beach is 5 minutes from the apartment, it is superb, there is a 10-minute walk to everything you need in small shops, restaurants etc, 15 minutes by car from Palma and 30 minutes max from the tourist area (Maspalomas, meloneras, Pasito Blanco etc) In short, there is really nothing wrong with this apartment, it is simply magnificent, a roof terrace with phenomenal sea views. Fer is a very great host. It can't get any better!!He responds immediately and is very friendly. He welcomed us very warmly and we felt very welcome. In the apartment we were surprised with flowers and a filled fruit bowl,not to mention the bottle of red wine, the mineral water and the very fine olive oil. Thank you so much!!I highly recommend Fer and look forward to next time in Patalavaca!!

Alberto’s place was fantastic. Right by the beach with amazing views, clean and convenient with lots to do within walking distance. We had a great stay!

Our vacation at Paula's was great! The place is super clean, the terrace large with a parasol and barbecue and sunny all day 🌞 Paula is very accommodating and happy to give tips. We can recommend Tauro beach, which is only 10 minutes away by car :) Otherwise, you should only know that there is a surcharge for the use of the hot tub, which we did not know about beforehand.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, is clean and equipped with everything you need for a successful vacation. The hot tub on the balcony is great. It is recommended to have your own car and not to have heavy suitcases because you have to go up some stairs to the apartment. The hostess was very nice and always available if you wanted questions or tips. We had a very nice holiday here.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! The location is really unbeatable – just steps from the beach, so we could spontaneously go to the sea every day. Especially as a family with children, this was a huge plus. The apartment itself is very child-friendly and offers everything you need for a relaxing family vacation. Our children immediately felt comfortable and had enough space to play. The amenities were also excellent – from high chair to baby bed, everything was available and already provided. Fátima was very friendly and helpful, communication went smoothly and easily. We felt completely welcome and can absolutely recommend the accommodation.
