Lovely and refurbished apartment with stunning sea view situated in a quiet apartment complex in the quiet part of Puerto Rico, Agua de la Perra. VV-approved. The apartment has free wifi, smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, one bedroom, living room and terrace. This and our other apartment, have the best location in the complex, the access is very easy; there are no stairs (unlike other apartments in the complex) and very close to the free parking, which is hard to find in Puerto Rico.

The Finca on 600 m is situated alone in the mountains, 8 km from the beach and 2 km from the village. The access is a dirt road of 350 m which might be difficult for some drivers, but you can leave the car at the entrance and we transport the luggage. Enjoy nature and silence! My sunny apartment in the best area of Meloneras, very close to the beach,shopping centres, supermarket, restaurants and others... whit free parking for cars and very close to the bus station. Is a safe place and a quite complex. The apartment takes all the sun from during the day till the afternoon. Include all the things for the kitchen, towels and free internet too... :)
