Lovely house a few minutes walk down to the beautiful beach of Mawgan Porth, and the South West Coast path. The first floor has an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a large sunny balcony overlooking the bay and beautiful headland, one bedroom (en suite) and separate toilet. On the ground floor are a further 2 bedrooms (one en suite), shower room, bathroom and utility room. Mawgan Porth has surf hire and instruction, Cornish Fresh village store, restaurant, fish and chips, pub, pitch and putt.

Charming cottage by the sea
Lane Cottage is a small rustic south facing cottage with french doors opening onto a lawn giving wide views of the Lanherne valley and the sea. A small bathroom with bath/shower and w/c, and a double bedroom open off the living room. From the bedroom a short, steep, narrow, cupboard staircase leads up to a low, sloping ceilinged attic room with two single beds and a sea view, suitable for children. There are no gates and several openings in the garden which is boarded by a day stone wall.
