The Barn studio is situated next to the Main Farm House so you are completely private to come and go as you wish. On our 72 Acre Farm. Situated on the Bodmin & Wenford steam railway, come and stay in this modern self-contained apartment with plenty of indoor/outdoor space for a quick getaway or a quality family holiday. Close to Bodmin Moor, Bodmin jail, Cardinham, Lanhydrock and 20 minutes from each coast. Less than 5 minutes from the A30. Locals bus routes to most of Cornwall and a short distance to Bodmin Parkway train station. Plenty of parking Short walk into Bodmin town with plenty of local pubs and restaurants.

The Annex, Small Double Bed, Parking, Quiet.

The Annex is a private, self contained space adjoined to the rear of our house. It has it's own parking space, a small double bed (190cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The main train line is 5 minutes walk from The Annex and makes Lostwithiel easy to get to for exploring Cornwall’s beautiful sights. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, a restaurant, Indian and Chinese takeaways, shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance.

My place is close to explore all of Cornwall, good restaurants, beaches on either coast, the country side, cycle trails, walks,national trust property of Lanhydrock. Or just enjoy the cosy Shepherds hut , the view on the raised decked area or soaking in your hot tub.. My place is good for couples.

The Wagon House.

The Wagon House is a brand new conversion completed in Spring 2020. Designed having lots of light and space for couples and singles to enjoy open plan living during their stay. We also have a larger barn next door that is availble also through Airbnb. Fabulous Cornish Barn.
