Yadiry was very kind when she welcomed us into her home, gave us instructions, and showed us how everything worked. The house is beautiful, with everything we needed for a worry-free and very comfortable stay. All the amenities work perfectly and make us feel right at home. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. From the moment we walked in until we left, we felt very at home. The house was exactly as described in the listing, but honestly went above our expectations. It was decorated beautifully and felt homey. There were board games and pool floats available for use, which was very kind. The library room (with an excellent selection of books) also had a full-size massage chair, which was amazing. The pool and spa might have been our favorite part. We loved that it was clean and the perfect temp for our use. Maria, our host, was quick to respond when I messaged her. Truly, this little weekend getaway went better than we hoped for, and we are grateful. We are hoping to make this a yearly girls getaway, and also hope to be able to stay here again. Our stay at Canal & Sunset Views was FIRST RATE all the way! The hosts responded clearly and quickly and even implemented safety grab bars and a shower transfer chair for our adult wheelchair bound son's 50th Birthday Vacation. They responded to our many inquiries and requests and made the entire stay PHENOMENAL! We loved having so much space to play games, watch movies, cook meals and we really enjoyed the large efficient kitchen & pantry areas. The screened lanai area was huge with lovely peaceful views of the canal and sunsets making the BnB aptly named. Having a large new grill is another great plus. The entire home was newly and beautifully furnished; the space is cozy, the beds are comfortable and best of all everything was IMMACULTELY CLEAN! Having a washer & dryer with all the soaps provided was very convenient and the huge master suite with double shower & closet it's own entrance to the lanai was PERFECT! Can't wait to stay there again!!

My family has an amazing and relaxing time! We have lost our home and everything we own in hurricane Milton so we were in desperate need of some family time. The home was beautiful and all of the linens were clean and to be honest it was probably the most relaxing time we've had in the past year. I highly recommend this location! If you don't believe me try it yourself 🤗😝

I cannot say enough about how responsive Wendy is. We had a few hiccups with our stay that had to do with a leak that occurred with the AC. Unfortunately, I had to call Wendy at almost 11 PM on our day of arrival and she picked up immediately! She worked to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible and stayed in communication with me the entire time. We visit this area often and I will definitely reach back out to Wendy for another stay :)

We had a fantastic stay at Jimmy's. The boat dock was perfect, lift worked as designed, and the home location is very close to the bay for easy/quick in and out. Great stay. Thank you.

This is a lovely home, and the baby gate around the pool was SO appreciated! Every home should have this, but they don't, so I was so happy to find this place! Everything about this home was nice - it was clean, host was friendly and responsive, and the amenities were as listed.

We had a great time! Loved the pool. Saw a dolphin in the canal on two different mornings. So exciting. Very well stocked spices in the kitchen. Responded very quickly when we had a question or needed something. Thank you Jeff and Nika!!!

Betsy’s place was very cute and welcoming! The backyard was perfect and very relaxing. Betsy was very responsible and flexible. Only feedback for future guests is to note that she does provide with a small starter pack of supplies (one paper towel, one extra garbage bag and no dish soap), so keep in mind you will need to bring your own supplies if you’re having a large group staying at the house. Otherwise, it’s a lovely space and a very quaint neighborhood! Highly recommend!

BEAUTIFUL home! We loved the house so much we extended our trip an extra night. Lanai and pool area was a perfect set up for relaxing in the evening, we were able to fish off the pier and they had kayaks for us to use…. And the neighborhood was beautiful. Definitely recommend!

Sadie was wonderful! The details weren't exactly clear that the garage being rented out as a separate airbnb so having my child with me that was concerning but Sadie did a great job working with us and made us feel right at home. Her place was the best and cleanest we've ever stayed at. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

The house is a true gem! Beautiful comfortable and it has everything you need. Super family-friendly, everything has been thought to make you feel at home. The pool is beautiful and the summer kitchen is amazing. On top of that Romy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and he’s super responsive. We are very happy we picked this house and we will come back!

Tonya was easy to work with and answered my questions, even went out of her way to get a picture ( regarding dock as we brought a boat) The house is gorgeous, neighborhood is as well. It's located close to everything, but tucked into a neighborhood that's quiet with essentially no traffic. We've done the AirBNB thing in Marathon, Pine Island, Punta Gorda, etc. This home and Cape Coral are our favorite so far! Five stars!

Great house for our family- 4 generations! We had a great time in the beautiful pool. Michael was very responsive and answered any of our questions in a timely manner. Stores and restaurants were close by and the grandchildren enjoyed walking to the park in the evenings.

I loved everything about my stay, I even extended it few extra days! The house is very private and peaceful. The backyard with hammock and a swing was my favorite part! The house is very spacious, the bed was comfortable. Kitchen had everything for cooking. And there were some snacks and drinks in the fridge, it was definitely a nice bonus! Very good coffee too. Sonia is a great host, responsive and very accommodating! Definitely recommend it!

This a gorgeous, private resort oasis that makes you want for nothing. Beautiful and yet functional furnishings, indoor and out, made this one of the best and most comfortable homes we have rented. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a quiet, private resort.

Theresa was very wonderful and replied very quickly to all my questions. The home was extremely beautiful and spacious. Waking in the mornings to the wonderful water was like being in nature. The time there aloud me to focus on me and the things I wanted to do. Thank you Theresa for everything.
