The house is very nice, clean and equipped with everything you need. We were in two families and we were very comfortable in the townhouse. Each room has mosquito nets, and air conditioning, the outdoor space is equipped with a table and armchairs for dinners or breakfasts. The village has a shared pool and a tennis court.

Luigi's place was perfect for the few days spent in Puglia. Its location allows you to explore and visit the main sites of the Bari region. The accommodation is very clean and well furnished with a very functional kitchen and bathroom. The only shadow in this idyllic picture is the nuisance of the neighbors' dogs who disturbed the tranquility of the night...

Stayed for 1 night whilst visiting Matera for the Giro d’Italia. Beautiful location, lovely property. Super helpful, providing free or paid parking options within walking distance. Fresh breakfast delivery in the morning was lovely. Beds & pillows super comfy & all other facilities a great standard. 100% would stay here again.

We stayed in the B&B for two days and had a great time. The property is very nice and located in a very quiet area within the historic center. Girolamo was super courteous and helpful with us, he always made sure we didn't miss anything and during check-in he explained everything to us in detail.

The room is amazing: a whirlpool in the center of the room, a fireplace that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and an antique rose window that adds elegance. Dario and his mother are lovely, very attentive and helpful hosts. Communication is exemplary and warm. The villa is a nice cottage on a small park-like property in a guarded large holiday complex, the Borgo. There are many worthwhile destinations within 50 km. We would gladly come back.

This was really the easiest Airbnb transaction ever. The communication with the host was immediate and clear. The location is awesome in terms of getting to it and then access into old city.

Complete, spacious and comfortable accommodation. Quiet place with private protected parking. Conveniently located for visiting the old town of Matera (5 minutes by car or 30 minutes walk for the brave). Nino helped us by providing us with a map of the city with the must-see places. Very accommodating host who welcomed us before the scheduled check-in time.

Finding the time to write reviews when we are travelling is a challenge, so I usually don't write a review unless I feel an important aspect of the property has not been mentioned, or where extra credit is due. This property, and in particular it's owner, falls into the latter category. Salvatore is a natural super host, for whom nothing is too much trouble. And he does it with a genuine smile and a warmth that can only be found in the south. Thank you Salvatore for making our trip so unforgettable! The love you have for Matera is evident in every inch of this beautiful property.

We loved Mikaela’s place, really a gem. She sent a video to help us find it, which worked beautifully. Wandering the old town was amazing, especially in the early evening light. We loved learning our way around, and figuring out the different ways to the apartment. The beds were comfy and we loved the bathroom. We also loved the terrace and enjoyed coffee and breakfast on it, really loving the view.

Everything was perfect, the accommodation and the location were great. Special thanks for the welcome gifts and attention to details. Highly recommend this place! Thanks again to the host.
