Vacation rentals with breakfast in Matera

The apartment is as described, very clean. The welcome is very friendly. Breakfast (free) is very hearty. Good bedding. The small town has a very beautiful abbey, we meet people who say "hello", a rather rare thing these days. Great stay, thanks to our host.

We were very well received with an early check-in by Mr. Pino, who was extremely kind and very detailed in his explanations of the place, which we had underestimated, but which were useful during our stay in Matera. The area is quiet, but to get to the center it is better to travel by car. The apartment is quite new, very clean and very cool despite the high outside temperatures. They also left us everything we needed to make breakfast. Overall a great experience, thank you so much!

We had a wonderful stay at Eleonora’s apartment. It was just gorgeous spotlessly clean light bright and spacious and the location was perfect. The view from the terrace was so lovely. Eleonora made us the yummiest pikelets for breakfast. It was also a bonus having a washing machine to wash our clothes. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay while visiting stunning Matera.

We stayed in the B&B for two days and had a great time. The property is very nice and located in a very quiet area within the historic center. Girolamo was super courteous and helpful with us, he always made sure we didn't miss anything and during check-in he explained everything to us in detail.

I have booked this apartament 24h before arriving and have to admit that I wouldnt be able to find anything better. Flexible check in hours, cozy and comfy apartament with really unique style, friendly and proactive host - 100% recommend to everyone!

a fantastic stay in this B&B. The location is perfect, well connected to the center. The room is amazing: a whirlpool in the center of the room, a fireplace that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and an antique rose window that adds elegance. We stayed one night at Rocio's on the occasion of a trip to Matera. The location is great because you can arrive by car, parking right in front to unload the suitcases. I confirm that it takes 5 minutes to walk to the Sassi, and there, the magic works immediately. We drove a good ten km, arriving in the late afternoon to visit this exceptional site. Rocio was very attentive, asking us if the heating was sufficient, etc. Smooth and friendly communication. We highly recommend it, go without hesitation!

The interior of the house is very nice, clean and comfortable, everything is good. The Host is even more friendly and proactive in providing attractions, and can respond quickly to any questions, great!

Everything was great. The water was cut off during the stay throughout the city of Matera, but the host was always attentive and willing to help. The only negative point is that it is on the 3rd floor without an elevator.

This was a blissful stay. Petronela is a great person. She was more than kind and hospitable. The apartment is beautiful. Every detail was perfect. She even brought me a home cooked meal. The location is lovely. The streets, cafes, stores. The people around were happy and helpful. Even the temperature was just divine. The train stops close by. I recommend this place, for sure. For a real getaway. You deserve it.

From start to finish we absolutely loved it. Amazing location and the lovely cleaner came everyday so it was always spotless. Alba was incredibly kind and helpful and would suggest if bringing a car you organise parking but Alba quickly organised for us on the day or arrival. THANK YOU - we loved every minute!

Our stay at Monica' s house was one of the best we had! Excellent location in Sassi with great view just a few steps from the main attractions in Matera. Monica was kind and helpfull in everything we may needed!! The apartment is just like in the pictures, unique and with great view. I definetelly recommend it and I hope to be back again in the future!!

The accommodation offers a wonderful experience with a timeless charm. Consisting of a room with a comfortable bed and a small bathroom upstairs, downstairs there is an area with a table, fridge and a kitchen with a microwave (no stove) which is still ideal as a support considering the various restaurants in the area. A hearty and varied breakfast is also offered. The host is always responsive and kind. Highly recommended!

Very nice accommodation! We were welcomed with lots of small touches (cake, water, sandwich, yogurt, etc.)! Friendly and responsive host! Gives good tips. Location close to the center, parking space right in front of the accommodation! I highly recommend it! Thanks to Emanuele and Marilena!

Michela was a perfect host: very kind and always available. Her "breakfast of champions" made me appreciate the Matera frisella even in the morning when I just woke up! The room is just as described and although it lacks a kitchen, equipping yourself a little is not a burden (also because a microwave and fridge are available for guests). The location is very convenient because it is very close to the center but in a very quiet area of the city. Highly recommended!
