Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Matera

This place was a great find. The house has a beautiful garden and is lovely inside. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a supermarket very nearby. Luigi was quick to respond to messages. Check in was also very straightforward. We had a really lovely time and enjoyed meeting the cats! We would definitely recommend. Many thanks!

The home was beautiful. Had everything we wanted. Great kitchen and very close to the supermarket Sassi very close too. Once we parked our car and checked in, everything was within walking distance. Eleanora’s husband Dario helped with confirming the car park we found was free. Eleanora was very responsive to questions. Would love to stay again.

Arrived after car rental adventures, we enjoyed the entrance to Luciana's large apartment, very clean and comfortable. Fresh water on arrival, enough to make a good coffee and all the essentials to cook. Impeccable bedding, the only problem for us was the lack of shutters. No luck, a noisy construction site served as an alarm clock at 6 a.m. Charming host.

A cute little rustic place. Well situated to exploring the Sassi area, excellent restaurants, and close to the path to cross the rope bridge and climb the mountain across the valley. The bed was comfortable. The apartment furnished with everthing the two of us needed. It was very quiet at night. The apartment was clean and the shower had plenty of hot water. The only issues worth mentioning was the rickety but safe stairs to the loft, and the apartment was a little hard to find. However these are minor issues, when you consider the fantastic patio that has a commanding view of the Sassi and the mountain beyond. Wow...just wow! We loved Stefania's apartment. Grazie mille!!!

The Airbnb was very cute and had an amazing view both from the window and the lovely patio! The location was perfect, with easy access to both the old and new parts of Matera. Parking was close by and it was simple to get to the apartment from there. The space itself was clean, charming, and had everything we needed. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. One small heads-up: the hot water heater is a bit small, so shorter showers are best. Other than that, everything was great and we’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Matera!

A very nice place in nature that radiates tranquility. Due to the many trees and therefore shade around the house, it is wonderfully cool and we actually did not need the air conditioning. There are two, so if necessary, enough to get the house cool. So you can be outside without realizing that it's actually really hot. Castel del Monte is a 5-minute walk away. From there you can take the shuttle bus for 2,- per adult. Also there is a nice place to have a drink/ice cream. Many picturesque villages in the area. In short: nice place, definitely recommended and super clean.

Perfect for families or groups of friends. Beautiful and comfortable place, very well decorated and well equipped. Has a lot of character. Easy to park right outside, on the roadside.

We stayed a few days at AnnaLisa and Beppes' place and it was wonderful! We received all the necessary information and answers that we needed for our arrival in advance. We arrived by rental car and had no problems finding the address and getting a parking space (there are free and paid - 50Ct/hour - parking spaces right in front of the house. The apartment is bright and very clean and there was everything we needed for our stay of a few days. Especially the location directly in the historic city center is highly recommended if you want to explore the area on foot. The old town is beautiful and there is a friendly and open atmosphere. You should definitely explore the historic bakeries and many pastry shops. We had a very relaxed time and would come back at any time! Absolute recommendation!

we stayed for two nights, the house was super clean, equipped with everything we could need. Aldo was extremely kind, he gave us great tips for visiting Gravina. highly recommended!

The apartment is very spacious, we were in 5 people, including one couple, and thanks to the fact that there was a sofa in the living room, everyone slept in a separate room. Very convenient location, 10 minutes walk from the center. The host was very kind, caring, and gave us his parking space in the yard. We were only one, so we didn't use the kitchen.

Really appreciated Francesca’s communication about the property and making us feel right at home. It was quite hot when we visited and we appreciated the portable a/c in the common rooms and fans in the bedrooms. This place is ideally located between old and new Matera and made it easy to get our stuff from our car into the Airbnb (we opted for her garage rental nearby). I felt sorry for the people staying in the Stassi lugging their stuff through the cobbled streets up and down hill. No grazie!

The apartment is in a great location and I found it in great condition, as described. The proximity to the center allows you to get around Matera on foot. Carmelita was very kind, always responding to my requests

Very nice detached house, bright, spacious, well-decorated and very well-equipped. The garden is a big plus (very well equipped), as well as the large garage. Sandra welcomed us warmly and showed us the accommodation with all its features. We felt right at home and left with regret. Thank you Sandra you have filled us, it is one of the most beautiful homes we have had with Airbnb and the most beautiful this year in Italy/Sicily. Yes of course we recommend.

Emanuele's property was really clean, in good order and well organized. It was very close to the old city and parking around was ok to find ( payable ). There is a park outside and some teens gather and party until night so that made some noise but closing the windows helped a bit. The balcony was really good but had no shade made so kind of useless in the sunny hot weather Overall the property was great for a one night stay Thank you

It was a pleasure to stay with Salvatore because not only was the accommodation perfectly matched the description with a silent air conditioning in the room, not insignificant, but our host was considerate and has a real source of information about the must-see places to see in the province of Taranto (restaurants, beaches...) Lovely apartment just a 15-minute walk from the Sassi. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a great experience overall. The terrace is a beautiful spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay. The apartment situated in the attic but it was not that bad although we have suitcases, we left them in the trunk, only took necessary items. The apartment has everything we need, more than enough I would say, spacious and comfortable. The area was very quiet. Highly recommended.

Antonio and his wife were two fantastic and friendly people. Always worried that everything was going perfectly, always responsive and always altruistic. The house offers many things including great wifi and many detergents and hygiene products. The cleanliness is impeccable. Everything was perfect, so much so that in the accommodation I felt as if I were at home. My partner Yvonne and I thank Antonio and his wife for their wonderful hospitality.

We had a lovely stay at Vito's, in a very nice apartment to live in and close to the beautiful city of Matera. We enjoyed the welcome by the cleaning lady and the breakfast table. We recommend and will be happy to come back if we go back to Matera, which delighted us.
