Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. Nice and quiet independent apartment, finely furnished just 600 meters from the sea and 10 minutes from Fano and Senigallia. Surrounded by greenery and with all amenities nearby, it is great for enjoying a beach vacation between sports and culture without sacrificing relaxation. Weekly booking from Saturday to Saturday in July and August. The house is equipped with all amenities including two ceiling fans/lamps, Wi-Fi and bicycles. A stone's throw from the sea, a comfortable apartment, with an enviable balcony overlooking the sea for a pleasant and relaxing stay for the whole family. It also offers private parking space in the condominium area and cellar where you can store bicycles, umbrellas, games for the beach etc. Great base for walks along the sea towards the center of Marotta, 5 minutes supermarkets and shopping center. If you love cycling, in 15 minutes you are in the center of Senigallia all along the sea.
