Vacation rentals with beach access in Marotta

Quiet place, as advertised, clean and tidy. Rita and her husband are very kind and polite people, I can only thank them for the hospitality and courtesy they have shown us. We'll definitely be back.

Accommodation in a pedestrian area, however, thanks to the directions of the host Elisa, we unloaded our luggage right behind the house and luckily there was a free parking space where I left the car for the entire stay, but otherwise there is a large parking lot not far away. The apartment is practically on the beach, just across the street and immediately by the lifeguard (Mario baths) here we also had a very good time. So for me, a more than positive experience. Thank you, Elisa!

Corrado is a great host of a spacious, clean & comfy apartment which is flooded with light. The walk to the beach took fewer minutes than I have fingers on one hand. Despite the many cafés and restaurants just a stone's throw away, the neighborhood is green and quiet (except for meal times in the nearby hotel, but that's a happy buzz). The windows are well insulated, so you can just close them and not hear anything. With the windows open in the mornings, you get the feeling you're in a zoo, as all the different birds get started with their day. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, and some spices have been left by other guests and not simply thrown away, which is very nice. The kettle kept my tea addiction alive. The induction plates save time. There's enough counter space. The super market Conad Tuday is just a few minutes' walk. They have everything including a good "deli" counter if you eat meats, sweets, etc. The walk up to the third floor is not difficult, & I felt very safe.

To be extremely brief, we had a great time. The apartment is really delightful: cozy, clean, furnished with great taste, equipped with everything, equipped with a very convenient parking space and outdoor space that opens onto a spectacular view; in addition, the village of Gabicce Monte is an authentic gem, offering the possibility of relaxing walks with the feeling of being suspended over the expanse of the sea. Another special feature: The apartment is adjacent to the village church, once probably connected, which makes the context even more evocative. I'm already nostalgic!

I stayed in this house for two nights, alone, during a visit to my family, and I must say that I had a great time. The house is really wonderful: attention to detail, very clean, super equipped and full of comforts. It is in a perfect location, in the center but at the same time private. Check-in was self-service, simple and convenient. Ombretta was very kind and very thoughtful in her messages, always available and attentive. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a pleasant, relaxing and well-organized stay. I'll definitely be back. 😍

Beautiful place, everything was very clean, and nice landlords. Everything was as described. The train station and city center are within walking distance, the beach is really just around the corner - just like a really good pizza snack.

Stefania is a wonderful host. She had the a/c already running to cool the apartment before our arrival since we arrived later in the evening. Stefania gave us a beautiful rundown of her village and surrounding areas and even offered to make us a reservation at a restaurant up the hill (we did take her up on that. It was a great sea view restaurant with good food!) The apartment had everything we could have needed for our long weekend stay. I cannot recommend this area enough. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Most definitely a peaceful getaway. We have zero complaints and would book again in the future if ever in the area again.

A nice family stay, very nice apartment with two terraces that provide shade at any time of the day, fully equipped kitchen, coffee, condiments and even a welcome gift in the cupboards. The same care for the well-being of the traveler in the bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, towels, all impeccably new and sparkling clean. The new barbecue, available in the backyard, invites you to dine in the shade of olive trees while on the front terrace you can sit to have coffee while watching for a train passing through the nearby station. And why not? You can take a bath in the starlight, the common beach is a few steps away, you feel free and joyful as in childhood.

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

We had a great week at Silvia's house. From the first moment, we really felt at home. The view from the house of the lake is beautiful and the sunsets are magical. The house itself is genuinely equipped with all comforts. The beds are wonderful, the bathrooms are perfect and the kitchen is very extensive. Furthermore, it is also noticeable that everything is really super clean and tidy. A lot of time and effort has been put into having everything perfect. The surroundings are of course magnificent. You have the beautiful lake in your backyard, but you are also in Tuscany. So there is plenty to see and do. Silvia is also a very nice and kind host. Communication is very pleasant and fast and she sends a very detailed explanation and tips before your arrival. And if there are any questions in between, she is immediately ready to help you. We hope to be returning one day.

We enjoyed the place. Communication with Rosa was fine. The apartment is spacious, we appreciated the possibility of using the garden. It's not far from here and the beach. And the dog Ugo, it was a bonus, the nicest dog we've ever met on the road.

apartment is very large and roomy. very clean and neat. it was nice having 2 bathrooms. plenty of hot water for the showers. nice cafe on ground floor right on the beach with private area if wanted. windows and balcony are not ocean facing. owner was very responsive.

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

We stayed a few days in Yuri's apartment and we had a great time, it was just a shame to have to leave! The house is suitable for three people, the equipped kitchen, the bathroom clean and equipped with spare linens. There is no air conditioning but you did not miss it, despite the heat of August. Access to the free beach is very convenient and in front of the house. Yuri was super helpful right away and gave us a lot of tips on beaches, places to visit, and directions to neighboring activities. He also left us two bicycles, very useful for small trips! I also really appreciated the tip on tuna tartare (special!) they do in the restaurant that is right next to the house! We hope to be back next year!

Marco is an extremely kind and helpful host. He was always available for any clarification request, he is very precise in the information related to the house, the location is optimal and also the parking is easy to find. In the area there are shops within walking distance and a nice walk along the sea in a very central location. The house is all on one floor and is equipped with a very nice equipped terrace that is accessed through a spiral staircase, really delightful! I highly recommend it! Thank you for your rare courtesy and gentility!

Perfect location and in a quiet neighborhood, close to the beach and the center, supermarkets, pharmacies. We chose this solution for our first vacation with our 6-month-old baby and we couldn't be happier. Recommended!

Absolutely beautiful apartment centrally located. Very tastefully decorated and well equipped. The kitchen was very well stocked and we were able to make a couple of meals. The location was perfect, walking distance to everything and having parking onsite was fabulous. The three terraces were wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening wine on them! We would definitely stay there again! It was perfect for us! Alberto was the best host! He was so helpful from receiving a package for me to recommending restaurants etc! Super friendly and made us feel very welcome! Thank you Alberto!!

Our short stay in Pesaro was extremely pleasant, also thanks to Paola's wonderful welcome. The apartment, brand new and equipped with every comfort, is conveniently located: close to the seafront and downtown and, at the same time, located in a quiet and quiet street. The garden in front of the house allowed us to enjoy breakfast outdoors... for main meals, the area is full of great clubs and supermarkets. The covered parking spot is extremely convenient. Paola welcomed us upon arrival, making us feel welcome guests and giving us valuable directions on what to do in the city and nearby... I highly recommend this accommodation, even for multiple consecutive days: the apartment is cozy and pleasant to live in.
