Nice and quiet independent apartment, finely furnished just 600 meters from the sea and 10 minutes from Fano and Senigallia. Surrounded by greenery and with all amenities nearby, it is great for enjoying a beach vacation between sports and culture without sacrificing relaxation. Weekly booking from Saturday to Saturday in July and August. The house is equipped with all amenities including two ceiling fans/lamps, Wi-Fi and bicycles. The charming two-room apartment, renovated internally in all its parts, is part of a residential complex renovated externally in 2017, located 150 m from the equipped beach, centrally located, easily reachable on foot from the train station (200 m), and from the highway exit (1.5 km). We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
