Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Marigot

The Villa was as described in the add and pictures were the reality. We enjoyed the pool and quietness therefore we relaxed. Our favorite restaurant was the Vietnamese Bistro (Savannah) and the bakery which were in walking distance. Our host Marie was fantastic. She met us upon arrival and gave us valuable information and responded quickly to our inquiries making our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Daniel

Large house with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Very close to Friars Beach, which is where we spent a lot of of our time. That is a huge advantage. Friendly community as well. Sebastien was a very responsive and friendly host. Thank you for our stay!

I had an amazing stay in Saint Martin. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The view from the pool was absolutely perfect for relaxing and soaking in the beauty of the island. Jerome was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking again.

Apartment is bigger and even nicer than pictures. AC works great. Pool is larger than photos suggest and the beach was <10 min walk away and truly spectacular. Great to have access to 2 beach chairs and a (somewhat dilapidated, but still clutch) beach umbrella. Kitchen has like 90% of what you need which meant we could pretty much cook whatever. Burners are a little wonky, but host provided good directions. No pantry staples- might be something to consider for the future (salt, olive oil, sugar, etc.). Easy to get around to all different parts of the island. Overall clean. We had a great stay. Thanks so much for hosting us.

Nous avons passé un très bon court séjour dans cet appartement décoré avec goût et avec une très grande terrasse appréciable pour s'y reposer. Malgré une coupure de courant à notre arrivée la situation a très vite été gérée par GioNads (le cadeau de compensation a été très fortement apprécié). Les 2 petits bémols sont l'absence de certains produits de première nécessité à notre arrivée et la propreté de certaines parties du logement ou accessoirs (traces de moisi dans le réservoir de la machine Nespresso, toiles d'araignées au plafond et tâches visibles sur le bord du canapé une fois déplié pour servir de lit. L'ensemble de notre séjour a été cependant très agréable.

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

Nous adorons le quartier de baie Nettlé. Nous sommes près de tout. La maison de Véronique est bien aménagée et disponible de plusieurs belles et intimes terrasses extérieures. La vue est magnifique.

Book this place!! you will not regret it. It is amazing. Clementine’s place is very well located with the pool and the sea just a few steps away from the terrace. Across the road you will find a small grocery store, pharmacy, petrol station, restaurants and bakery. We are already planning our trip back and if Black Pearl is available we will stay there without a doubt.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et la vue depuis l'appartement est magnifique ! L'appartement est bien situé, proche du centre de Marigot, ce qui est très pratique et nous avons été bien accueillis :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à St-Martin du 26 février au 5 mars, 2025. Le logement ou nous demeurions faisait en sorte que nous nous sentions un peu comme un résident, un local de Marigot. Nous savions que Jean-Louis était toujours prêt à nous répondre si nous avions des questions. Marigot, à peine 10 minutes de marche nous offrait une panoplie de restos, de marchés divers (mardi surtout). A notre départ et à notre demande, Jean-Louis a même fait les arrangemtens pour nous avoir un taxi qui nous a reconduit à l'aéroport. Merci St-Martin et Jean-Louis pour ce beau séjour ... beaucoup trop court et qui a passé beaucoup trop rapidement. Martine & Roch

This was a gem! Looks even better than the photos. Such an amazing stay that I practically didn’t want to leave! Cozy space and I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Literally had everything I needed and more. Ideal for a longer stay, like a few weeks or so. I didn’t want to leave I was so comfortable. The host was very helpful and responsive, there was a packet with information about everything in the area. I didn’t use the pool but it was nice with very few people so pretty peaceful. The beach is truly a short walk and it was beautiful. Everything is so convenient! Close to a grocery store and restaurants as well as a casino. Ideal location for sure. I had a rental car and even though there is no guaranteed parking spot I never had an issue finding parking. I would certainly stay here again.

Omg guys I’m not gonna lie I been to a lot Airbnb this one was different I feel like I was home the owner was nice everything was organized the pool was so clean the beach I can’t wait to come back if u guys wanna go visit Sint Maarten I will recommend u guys to go there u not gonna regret.

We had a great stay at Laurence's place. It's a good balance between the distance to Marigot and being in a peaceful area. Her place is stocked with basic necessities for cooking, beach items and even with inventory needed for electricity shutdown or no running water.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and beautifully maintained, with a gorgeous balcony that made it even more special. The studio is in a great location—surrounded by shops and restaurants—and it's just a 10-minute walk to Mullet Bay Beach and about a 10-minute drive to Maho Beach. Everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming. The only challenge was finding a taxi, so I ended up arranging a private driver to pick me up and drop me off wherever I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'll definitely be back!

Jean Pierre is kind and helpful. helped me to carry the luggages upon check in and check out. The entrance is on a beach and have some stairs which would have been difficult without the help of Jean Pierre! the place is modern and well furnished and have everything you need. the view is spectacular and the beach is right in front so you can hear the sound of the sea while in the apartment. I love that! Its perfect for one person or a couple and I will be back again to my lovely St.Maarten and stay at this place if its available.

Carole’s place was great! The area is safe and very calm and cozy. The sunset views are awesome from either the patio or the pool. We felt right at home since the moment we arrived. Carole was super responsive, flexible for the check-in and helpful with instructions. The place is very clean and tidy with all required amenities. It’s great for a couple. You are close to Marigot (few mins) and driving distance 20-25 min to most places around the island. You will need a car to get around but you have a supermarket walking distance. We would definitely come back here if we come back! Overall, awesome experience!

I had a great time at Christophe’s place. His parents are so friendly and sweet. They gave us a chance to arrive at the place and drop off our luggages. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. This is a perfect stay for two people wanting to explore the French side of the island. Friars Bay beach was 10 minutes walking distance from the house. This beach became my top 3 of St Martin 😊😁 the food at the cafe is delicious. We felt in love with their dog Oscar. He’s the sweetest!

Nadine was WONDERFUL! My stay was off to a great start as I walked in to beautiful birthday decorations with balloons and a very thoughtful gift and drinks waiting for me. The place was spotless clean and stocked well with bathroom supplies and other necessities. The beach towels were a plus alongside the bathroom towels. The AC unit is only located in the bedroom and it chilled the room very well, but the living room was a little difficult to cool down as it faces the sun. I was able to keep it running throughout the day. I appreciated the gated parking area and my small rental vehicle made it easier to navigate as parking spots and driveway are very narrow. The neighbors were super helpful when I was trying to enter the parking lot and greeted me passing by. Nadine was responsive within minutes of messaging her to answer any questions that I had upon arrival and throughout my stay. Thank you again for your amazing hospitality, I highly recommend her place. Convenient location.

The perfect location for our Caribbean getaway! As advertised with lots of recommendations. We appreciated the location and being so close to the beach and pool.
