Waterfront vacation rentals in Marigot

I had a great time at Amandine’s. The place is incredible. It was super clean and comfortable. It was amazing. Amandine was helpful.

Coralie was wonderfully friendly and proactive, sending me detailed instructions for access and anticipating my needs with additional info. The home was clean and very neat just as in the photos. Unfortunately, we were not able to stay here, but Coralie's responsiveness saved the vacation! When we arrived, the lagoon view was marred by red algae covering it all over and producing a strong unpleasant odor over the entire area. Apparently this is a natural event occuring sometimes. Thankfully, Coralie responded swiftly and allowed us to cancel the reservation, which then allowed us to find another accommodation away from the red algae and odor. Unfortunate we could not stay this time, hope next time will go smoother. Grateful for a thoughtful and gracious host!

My friends and I had such an amazing stay here. I can’t say enough about this air bnb! Tibo and his father were extremely accommodating about arrival and check out times. The place is even more beautiful than the photos and simultaneously private and peaceful but in the middle of town. Grand Case is a really vibrant and welcoming area with a great food and dance/music culture. We hope to stay here in the future!

Laure’s villa was a perfect place for a relaxing vacation for me and my boyfriend. The villa is very private and offers amazing views of the water. Every morning we walked to the local bakery where they offer amazing pastries and sandwiches. There is also an Italian restaurant that is in walking distance from the villa that we went to twice. I recommend renting a car and exploring the island and the different beaches. Our favorite was mullet bay! Also, we spent a day at Loterie Farm and it did not disappoint! We rented a cabana at the pool and even saw some monkeys! Finally, we rented a private boat through captain Jo and it was the highlight of our trip! We got to explore several small islands off of st Martin and learn history about the island and went to three great snorkeling spots. We will definitely be back to stay at Laure’s villa again. It was exactly how it looks in pictures and Laure was a great host. If you’re looking for a private, beautiful villa this is your spot!

The stay was amazing! Great location, cozy spacing and super clean! When it comes to home necessities anything you may need Amélie has it already nearby. She is very helpful and informative. BOOK HER LISTING! Money well spent !

This place was absolutely perfect. Maxwell was the most thoughtful and caring Airbnb host I've ever had. He was super helpful and responded immediately every time. The place itself was spotless and filled with every amenity you could ever want or need for exploring the island. The ocean view was incredible. Would rare this a 10/10 experience !

Omg guys I’m not gonna lie I been to a lot Airbnb this one was different I feel like I was home the owner was nice everything was organized the pool was so clean the beach I can’t wait to come back if u guys wanna go visit Sint Maarten I will recommend u guys to go there u not gonna regret.

Michelle and Brent’s spot is absolutely perfect for a couple. You have a beautiful view of the ocean right outside the doors. This is one of 3 villas she has on the property. This studio is below a 2 bedroom space that you share the infinity pool with. I can’t wait to come back and stay with them. The location was perfect and a quick ride to everything on the island. 10/10 would recommend 🤌🤌🤌

Isabelle’s property came even better than advertised and Isabelle was a very gracious hostess from pre-arrival throughout our stay. Incredible views of the bay in the evening, and can even see St Barth in the distance when clear. The property had all the comforts of home (US) with the charm of St. Martin. I sent Isabelle a couple of messages for local recommendations during our visit and she was quick and helpful with her responses. Merci beaucoup for a wonderful stay!!

Villa Almond Blue enjoys an extraordinary, sublime view facing the bay. You can see Pinel and Saint Barth from the terrace, installed in a pleasant covered outdoor lounge The house, very pleasant and simple to live in, offers all the essentials for pleasant moments of relaxation.

We had an excellent week at Villa Cote Mer! I honestly can’t say enough good things. It is better than described. Pictures don’t even do it justice. It is very private and quiet, with a gorgeous view. There are plenty of places to eat within a 10 minute drive. Grocery store is less than 5 minutes. Melissa and Nina have provided a helpful guide to area restaurants, shops, and other attractions that make it so easy. The place was spotless, and the pool was pristine. It was very nice having midweek cleaning with fresh towels and linens. The garden area is gorgeous with many beautiful trees, flowers, and native foliage. The house sits down some from the road making it even more private. We have stayed in many Air BnBs in several international locations, and this one is one of the best! Melissa and Nina have been incredibly responsive and communicative making this a seamless, easy vacation. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit St. Martin!

The villa was perfect. Beautiful view, upscale and clean. Joy was easy to communicate with and offered help with logistics such as car service private yachts, groceries and private chef service. The private pool off our deck was clean and refreshing We started planning our next trip before this one ended.

Aline and Katie were great to work with leading up to our trip. They looked into finding the best place for us to watch the Super Bowl (Go Birds!) and went on a shopping hunt to look for a thermos for the beach for us. Eli made our trip great!! He met us at the airport, led us to the villa, showed us around and had a welcome snack and beverage awaiting our arrival as well as the shopping list of groceries we asked for. Eli also arranged for us to get a Firestick to watch the Super Bowl in the comfort of our villa to watch the Eagles win! He checked in on us multiple times during our 9 night stay. The pool was the warmest of any we have rented in the Caribbean. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our only critique was that showers needed to be spaced apart for 4 people due to lack of hot water but it was manageable. Great stay!!!

Casa Victoire is one of the best rentals we have ever used for vacation- the pictures do not do it justice and Maly was an amazing host! If you are thinking about staying here just go ahead and click that button and you will not be disappointed. The pool was fabulous overlooking the bay and Pinel Island. Within a few minutes drive of Grand Case and Orient Bay- both with plenty of activities and food. Maly provided so much useful information before arrival and during our stay. The layout worked great for myself and 4 adult children- plenty of space for all. If you rent a car I highly recommend Nono car rental recommended by Maly- car will be waiting on you at the house and they will pick you up at the airport so you can get right to your vacation without worrying about driving as soon as you arrive Thank you Maly- we look forward to our next trip to St Martin!

Our stay for 8 people was wonderful. The area is more beautiful than imagined, and the pictures surely do not do it justice. The house is very private, and you need to traverse a couple large hills in order to get there. We had to swap out our first rental car because the tread felt very unsafe and struggled on some of the hills, but otherwise we really appreciated the privacy and sweeping views of the water from the villa.

We were amazed by this rental. We’ve always had great ones in the past but this one is the most beautiful one we’ve had. Rachel and her husband were amazing people and are taking care of your needs as soon as you get there. The views you have from the patio is amazing and relaxing. We will return for sure.

An exceptional stay!! We spent 3 nights at Coco Beach and we really enjoyed our experience. The place was perfect for 2 couples. Coco Beach was close to the beach and the pool was very beautiful and clean. Coco Beach has nice amenities and is close to a lot of things. We cooked, we went to get a restaurant. Honestly, we could go back without hesitation.

The view from the room is immaculate. You are steps away from the water, sand, beach, and the pool is a 1 minute walk away. We felt very safe in the condo with electronic storm shutters over the windows - we closed every night before bed, gated entrance to property, and an attendant at the gate. Bed is wonderful - nice and firm. Good storage for clothes. The kitchen is fully stocked. Huge fridge. Spacious shower. We rented our car through Elisa (host’s) recommendation a driver escorted us from airport to car rental lot - a two minute drive from the gated beach club. Elisa is a wonderful host very responsive to messages, respectful of privacy.

The two of us had a wonderful long-weekend getaway! The unit and surrounding property is absolutely stunning. We loved the modern touch of the unit and how clean everything is. We got way more than we paid for and I’m so thankful we discovered this property.

This was my 2nd time to the island again staying on the French side and my daughter and I loved it. This place is very walkable to the local shopping, restaurants, ferry terminal & more in Marigot. We felt safe walking at all times during our stay. We did not rent a car while on the island and instead opted to catch the public bus especially for traveling to the Dutch side. You can easily catch them in Marigot and just ask a local if u need help. The pool & beach onsite was a nice addition to have and wasn’t crowded at all. Everyone we saw in the bldg was very friendly and we will miss the cat that visited us daily. This unit is located on the side facing the street so there will be some noise from traffic during rush hour but it didn’t bother us at all. Her unit is at the end of 3 other units which makes it feel like your own private oasis. Sabrina was very communicative in providing some tips for our stay and I look forward to returning to her unit during our next visit!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Stars We had a fantastic stay at Priscilla’s Airbnb! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. She went above and beyond by providing beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels, which made our beach days super easy and enjoyable. Priscilla is also incredibly friendly and welcoming—she made us feel right at home. Even more so, we loved the view driving up the hills to get to our airbnb. We Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the area. We’d definitely come back!

Exactly what the ad says is what you get. Perfect if you’re single or a couple with cozy but very accommodating amenities. Location is ideal for staying put or getting out exploring the island. Nice bonus is having a small store available with Mont Vernon Pizzeria next door with wonderful people who work there. I had a fantastic time trying to incorporate as much as possible.

Rachel is so sweet! Place was amazing and so peaceful! I will definitely recommend her place! I would love to live here lol her place so cozy and nice, everything is perfect!
