Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Marigot

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The place is warm, tastefully decorated, and it immediately feels like home. Everything is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing to ensure optimal comfort. The neighborhood is quiet and secure, which allowed us to fully and serenely enjoy our stay. We recommend this place without a second thought, and for sure, we'll be happy to come back!

It was an absolute delight to stay at Jamal’s property. He has a bunch of these short term rentals and you can tell he is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry. He was responsive, helpful, he was completely awesome. Next time we come to St. Martin, we are staying at one of his properties. 10/10, highly recommend.

Large house with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Very close to Friars Beach, which is where we spent a lot of of our time. That is a huge advantage. Friendly community as well. Sebastien was a very responsive and friendly host. Thank you for our stay!

I had an amazing stay in Saint Martin. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The view from the pool was absolutely perfect for relaxing and soaking in the beauty of the island. Jerome was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking again.

Apartment is bigger and even nicer than pictures. AC works great. Pool is larger than photos suggest and the beach was <10 min walk away and truly spectacular. Great to have access to 2 beach chairs and a (somewhat dilapidated, but still clutch) beach umbrella. Kitchen has like 90% of what you need which meant we could pretty much cook whatever. Burners are a little wonky, but host provided good directions. No pantry staples- might be something to consider for the future (salt, olive oil, sugar, etc.). Easy to get around to all different parts of the island. Overall clean. We had a great stay. Thanks so much for hosting us.

We had a lovely short stay at this tastefully decorated apartment with a very large terrace, which was nice to rest on. Despite a power outage on arrival, the situation was quickly handled by GioNads (the compensation gift was very much appreciated). The 2 small downsides are the absence of certain essentials on arrival and the cleanliness of certain parts of the accommodation or accessories (traces of mold in the Nespresso machine tank, cobwebs on the ceiling and visible stains on the edge of the sofa once unfolded to serve as a bed. However, our entire stay was very pleasant.

The host was very pleasant and made herself available to answer any questions. The home was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. The view was amazing and the pics did it no justice. I will be booking again on my next trip to Saint Marteen♥️

Loblolly was in a great location and very convenient to the Beach and all of the Restaurants. It was very clean and had everything that you could possibly need. The patio is steps from the pool and is so nice for an afternoon / evening beverage. Contact with the owners was prompt and they answered all our questions.

Marie's place was clean and tidy. It was the perfect place with an amazing patio. She has everything you need. Would love to return!

Coralie was wonderfully friendly and proactive, sending me detailed instructions for access and anticipating my needs with additional info. The home was clean and very neat just as in the photos. Unfortunately, we were not able to stay here, but Coralie's responsiveness saved the vacation! When we arrived, the lagoon view was marred by red algae covering it all over and producing a strong unpleasant odor over the entire area. Apparently this is a natural event occuring sometimes. Thankfully, Coralie responded swiftly and allowed us to cancel the reservation, which then allowed us to find another accommodation away from the red algae and odor. Unfortunate we could not stay this time, hope next time will go smoother. Grateful for a thoughtful and gracious host!

We had a great stay. The unit is even better than in the photos. We encountered a few maintenance issues but host was quick to respond. Stephanie was always reachable and very helpful. The resort grounds are beautiful. Would stay again.

Easy to access accommodation, everything is self-contained. Clean and functional. It is well equipped. Thanks to Sharich for her hospitality and the gift for my birthday.

My first time in St. Martin and feel very lucky to have stayed here. Location was great - 10 minutes or less to shops, restaurants, grocery, and wonderful bakery. Explored the island by bus, taxi, and great walks and hikes. Liked that it is a secure building. Pool nice to cool off and get some sun and could listen to the sounds of the ocean. So nice having the bedroom upstairs. WiFi worked great for getting some work done. Everything so clean and well organized - felt like home. Thank you so much Jean Louis!

We had a great stay at Laurence's place. It's a good balance between the distance to Marigot and being in a peaceful area. Her place is stocked with basic necessities for cooking, beach items and even with inventory needed for electricity shutdown or no running water.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and beautifully maintained, with a gorgeous balcony that made it even more special. The studio is in a great location—surrounded by shops and restaurants—and it's just a 10-minute walk to Mullet Bay Beach and about a 10-minute drive to Maho Beach. Everyone I met was very friendly and welcoming. The only challenge was finding a taxi, so I ended up arranging a private driver to pick me up and drop me off wherever I needed. Overall, a fantastic experience—I'll definitely be back!

This was my 2nd time to the island again staying on the French side and my daughter and I loved it. This place is very walkable to the local shopping, restaurants, ferry terminal & more in Marigot. We felt safe walking at all times during our stay. We did not rent a car while on the island and instead opted to catch the public bus especially for traveling to the Dutch side. You can easily catch them in Marigot and just ask a local if u need help. The pool & beach onsite was a nice addition to have and wasn’t crowded at all. Everyone we saw in the bldg was very friendly and we will miss the cat that visited us daily. This unit is located on the side facing the street so there will be some noise from traffic during rush hour but it didn’t bother us at all. Her unit is at the end of 3 other units which makes it feel like your own private oasis. Sabrina was very communicative in providing some tips for our stay and I look forward to returning to her unit during our next visit!

Such a beautiful condo with an incredible view! I felt right at home and slept like a baby. The beds are comfortable, the space was spotless, and Jayne was very responsive in our communication. Plus, it’s a great location but I would definitely recommend getting a rental car to get around.

Carole’s place was great! The area is safe and very calm and cozy. The sunset views are awesome from either the patio or the pool. We felt right at home since the moment we arrived. Carole was super responsive, flexible for the check-in and helpful with instructions. The place is very clean and tidy with all required amenities. It’s great for a couple. You are close to Marigot (few mins) and driving distance 20-25 min to most places around the island. You will need a car to get around but you have a supermarket walking distance. We would definitely come back here if we come back! Overall, awesome experience!

Don’t hesitate- book here. The beach is lovely, it’s a friendly beach community and lots of amenities in walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

Nadine was WONDERFUL! My stay was off to a great start as I walked in to beautiful birthday decorations with balloons and a very thoughtful gift and drinks waiting for me. The place was spotless clean and stocked well with bathroom supplies and other necessities. The beach towels were a plus alongside the bathroom towels. The AC unit is only located in the bedroom and it chilled the room very well, but the living room was a little difficult to cool down as it faces the sun. I was able to keep it running throughout the day. I appreciated the gated parking area and my small rental vehicle made it easier to navigate as parking spots and driveway are very narrow. The neighbors were super helpful when I was trying to enter the parking lot and greeted me passing by. Nadine was responsive within minutes of messaging her to answer any questions that I had upon arrival and throughout my stay. Thank you again for your amazing hospitality, I highly recommend her place. Convenient location.

The perfect location for our Caribbean getaway! As advertised with lots of recommendations. We appreciated the location and being so close to the beach and pool.
