Euren Frühstückskaffee könnt ihr auf einer der zwei Terrassen mit toller Aussicht über die Lagune genießen - unsere Zuckervögel und Kolibris sorgen für gute Unterhaltung.

The "SeaBird studio" is ideally located with a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea and an idyllic beach just for you! It offers plenty of comfort and storage with refined and original decoration. The residence is perfectly secure with a large swimming pool and tropical garden. Everything is within walking distance: grocery store, local market, shops, traditional or gourmet restaurants, ferry station to other islands, etc... High-speed Wi-Fi and TV Europe and America.

Charming studio directly on the beach

Great stay! The studio was perfect for my needs and was within a short drive to everything you want to see. The sunsets from the patio were beautiful. I would recommend renting a car if you want to explore the island as taxis will add up quickly. Free parking right in front of the building. Nadia was very communicative with check in and check out. My flight was delayed and the hosts were accommodating with a slightly later check out time so I didn't have to sit at the airport for hours and hours.

Apartment in a quiet residence, very nice modern apartment, new, very well equipped including beach accessories, beach sheet, safe, Netflix box, etc. As described. Very clean with beautiful sea views, which makes it one of the main attractions. Quick access on foot to the center of Marigot and the ferry terminal. Welcoming host. public parking in front of residence and drop-off possible at the foot of the building. Pool and direct sea access possible in front of the apartment. Everything is superb. Nothing is missing. Experience to be repeated quickly and for longer for me.

The bright living area features a sleek table with a laptop, next to a sofa and comfortable chairs. A large window offers a view of the sea, while the interior is adorned with minimalist decor and neutral tones.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Herve's unit. I could not have asked for a more beautiful view of the ocean with the view of sailboats and beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants.

Stephane was a friendly and responsive host. Check-in was smooth and easy. The pristine unit corresponded to the details listed and was exactly what I needed for a business trip to St Martin. Great view, and proximity to good restaurants, convenience store and harbour. I would stay here again!

This AirBnB is nothing less than perfect. Right in the jungle, with the nature, peaceful and private. Tess and Hugh are extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. The recommendation book is a huge plus. Nobody should ever give anything less than 5 stars of this AirBnB! We truly enjoyed our stay and spending our 1 year wedding anniversary here. We love it! Im not sure where to begin because i was so pleased with everything, but this place was amazing. This space was definitely worth the experience and 1000% matched the description. The complex did loose power for one night but its a small island and it is to be expected and not anyones fault.

Close to everything and very comfortable. My family and I feel at home in this duplex. There's everything from a full kitchen to a very useful washing machine for an emergency. We had the pleasure of meeting a neighbor of the apartment, Deanne, and what an amazing woman. I believe that the trip, just for having met her, was worth it. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.
