House vacation rentals in Marigot

Our stay was nothing short of amazing!! Easily the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The views (especially at sunset) are gorgeous, the house is very well maintained and comfortable, and Hugh/Tess were quick to respond to any questions we had. Like everyone else says, we were so sad to leave at the end.

Really pleasant house to stay in. There is a lot of space in the house, and it's well decorated and maintained. The pool area is thoughtfully landscaped, with flowering aloe that attracts hummingbirds, among other cool plants and trees, like a calabash tree. Great view of the harbor. There is a commercial port directly below the house, but it was not noisy or a bother at all. If you need a house this size on Saint Martin, it's pretty hard to beat the value of this option.

Isabelle’s property came even better than advertised and Isabelle was a very gracious hostess from pre-arrival throughout our stay. Incredible views of the bay in the evening, and can even see St Barth in the distance when clear. The property had all the comforts of home (US) with the charm of St. Martin. I sent Isabelle a couple of messages for local recommendations during our visit and she was quick and helpful with her responses. Merci beaucoup for a wonderful stay!!

House is as shown in photos. Large enough for a group of six or a couples outing. Very secluded, beautiful estate to walk around. House is very secure in addition to a security gate at the entrance. One of the most well stocked Airbnb homes I have ever rented in regard to kitchen utensils/ supplies, toiletries, and linen. The property managers/hosts are very accommodating. I have heat driven migraines and they graciously brought me a fan ASAP. We will return next year and hopefully rent the same property! Thanks again

Spectacular home. Private, quiet, yet minutes away from beaches and quality restaurants. Checking in and out was well coordinated by the team, as were responses to queries. A wonderful stay, highly recommended.

Our stay for 8 people was wonderful. The area is more beautiful than imagined, and the pictures surely do not do it justice. The house is very private, and you need to traverse a couple large hills in order to get there. We had to swap out our first rental car because the tread felt very unsafe and struggled on some of the hills, but otherwise we really appreciated the privacy and sweeping views of the water from the villa.

Breathtaking view on the ocean, private pool for yourself is a + beds are very comfortable and clean, however the bathroom would have needed more cleaning before we arrived. The whole hosting team is responsive and ready to assist for any question, easy parking, close to a quick drive to services, restaurants and Pinel island ferry.

Adventurous and romantic! Exactly what we are looking for! It felt private despite the convenience of having the host nearby. Melissa was wonderful and very helpful. We sat on the patio and watched boats and cars and birds galore! There are some critters on the cliffs, like iguanas, but they won’t bother you. The breeze and air felt wonderful and I loved listening to the waves at night. I am very happy to chose to rent a Suzuki Jimny, as we observed other vehicles without 4x4 getting stuck on some nearby roads. It was exciting to see our cliff AirBnB from the catamaran tour we took. A lot of excursions go out of Bobby’s Marina, which is conveniently nearby and has secure parking for day trips. Trust the journey, the destination is beyond worth it!

Le Pearle, is an amazing place to stay while in paradise. The location is private, the views are incredible, and you have the luxury of a beach at your disposable. The condo itself is very beautiful, the bed is comfortable, my boyfriend and I felt right at home and would highly recommend staying here.

My family and I have stayed at dozens of rental homes all over the world. This was the absolute best experience we have ever had. First things first, the house is CLEAN. So very clean and modern. The beds are comfortable with lovely linens and good quality pillows. The bathrooms are spa-like with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The kitchen is a dream! Fully stocked with great quality appliances and tools. The pool was crystal clear the entire week. The backyard is an absolute oasis. There are houses all around, but the backyard is so private. The owners did a wonderful job with trees and flowering bushes. You're just a short stroll from the gorgeous beach. The beach clubs, water sports and restaurants are excellent! My teen daughters loved the pool area, upstairs deck (with charming swing!) and beautiful beach to take all of their hundreds of photos! The best part of renting this house is the wonderful Laurette! She made us all feel like VIP guests! 10 Stars!

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.

Even better the 2nd time around. Vincent and team are great - communication is excellent. Couldn’t ask for a better place to spend a week!

We had a great time at Delphine and Agnes's place which are very nice and very good advice. The accommodation is perfect, very clean, well-equipped, a green setting in connection with nature, very well located on the island. The perfect definition of the sweetness of life.

Great home in a quiet neighborhood with increadible views of the ocean. Home is well-stocked, including fully-stocked kitchen. The outdoor area is amazing and the beds are super comfortable. Very convenient location for our three favorite beaches---Friar's Bay, Anse Marcel, and Orient! Linda and Gilles and their entire team were very responsive when minor issues arose. We enjoyed our trip very much!

My stay at Smaart Vacation exceeded my expectations. Everything was as it was described on the booking site. The view was breathtaking! The property was in the perfect location. It was a lot to do in the area. I will book with them again in the near future. Look no further for a perfect stay in SXM.

Truly a dream stay with an incredible ocean view. We had the most incredible experience staying at this stunning property! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking panorama, crystal-clear waters. The home itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with every comfort we could ask for. Waking up to the sound of the waves each morning was pure magic. The location was also perfect, peaceful and private, yet just a short drive to local shops, restaurants, and coastal attractions. Our hosts went above and beyond, they even helped us book dinner reservations when we didn’t have international phone service, which made a huge difference in our trip. It’s clear they genuinely care about providing a top-tier guest experience. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. If you're looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway by the sea, this is it. Highly, highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying at Loma Vista. It was a perfect location for travelling around the island. Offers Beautiful views, well-equipped, and modern design. Chantel and Marco are friendly and went above and beyond as our hosts, we would rebook again next time we visit SXM

This is a very comfortable apartment with a breathtaking view. Waking up each morning to enjoy breakfast on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, and watching the sunset every evening, truly felt like paradise. The apartment is clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need if you prefer to cook and dine in. Maryse was incredibly responsive and helpful—we asked for recommendations for local pastry shops, and she gave us plenty of great options! We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge and the warm welcome sign when we arrived. The apartment is perfectly located just above the beach at Friar’s Bay—don’t miss the beachside restaurants, they’re fantastic! There’s also a Super U supermarket nearby for all your essentials. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back!

Vila Cecilia was a beautiful piece of paradise. We loved it so much we opted to walk to the local French market and cook most days so we could watch the sunset over the bay on the back patio. Everything was clean, host was super responsive and had many lovely touches with our arrivals such as tea and water. Would highly recommend.

The villa was great for the week we stayed. It’s a very short walk to Orient Beach along a lagoon side trail or by road. Clean and very spacious. Kids loved the pool. I would definitely stay and recommend again. Joshua is very responsive when contacted also. Thanks Joshua

This place was truly such a special stay for me and my wife on our honeymoon! I did a lot of research looking into accommodations on the island, and this one seemed to be the best fit. But our stay actually blew us out of the water! We were so sad to leave. The pictures do not do it justice. It is extremely private, and a great view of the bay over the wall. We loved our iguana friends. After driving around and exploring the island, we are very glad we picked this location to stay at. It isn’t in walking distance of any beaches or restaurants, but a very short drive to anywhere you would need. I asked our hosts a lot of questions about recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and rental car services, and they were able to provide us with ample amount of recommendations. They even were able to get us discount at some places too! 10/10 hosts and lodging and price.
