Amazing traditional cottage with perfect outside space, especially with a couple young kids running around. Different spaces to relax and massive hot tub in a secluded part of the garden. Beautiful kitchen, bathroom and living spaces, kitted out with top of the line appliances and equipment. Great location with easy access to Canterbury and the north Kent seaside towns. Would highly recommend.

great little place. We stayed with 2 young kids and it worked well (note there are some steep steps to navigate), we all had a great time.

Lovely house, really comfortable and clean. Lovely private courtyard and we loved the hot tub. Great location within easy reach of great restaurants, bars, shops and of course the beach.

Beautiful property, really nice and private with lovely courtyard with plenty of sitting out space. Top of the range kitchen top appliances and very comfortable living space inside. All on one level, apart from a couple of steps from kitchen area to living area which is great for those not so able. Wood burner was very warm and cosy. Games room was a great space for all the family to get competitive! Gorgeous walks straight from the door across open fields and woodland. The three generations plus dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return sometime.

Gorgeous and spacious house with lots of nice touches throughout. Spacious bedrooms and extremely comfortable mattresses! Jo was extremely helpful and communicative and was on hand to support with any help or questions. A great time had by our party!

Absolutely stunning home with beautiful grounds, perfect for our pups who loved running around the garden. Bedrooms were a great size, comfortable to sleep in. Hosts provided so much in the property, had everything we needed. Easy to check in, provided great instructions on how to locate and responded quickly everytime! Was a perfect weekend get away, thank you!

This house has absolutely everything you could ever want or need. Swimming pool is great and heated to a perfect temp for the kids. House is enormous and every little thing seems to have been thought of by the hosts including extras such as dressing gowns for all guests, soap, shampoo and a hairdryer in every room. Location is right on the coast with great views out the front of the sea. Garden is lovely. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Alan and Bill

Really enjoyed our stay perfect location for a few days in whitstable easy walk to town and sea had a few issues getting hot tub working but Kate was very helpful would come back again thank you

As others have said, the photos don’t do this place justice. We were blown away by the location, the views and how amazing Linda was. She accommodated us at very short notice (booked the day before we arrived) and she met us to give us a tour. She even gave us some treats which was such a lovely touch. The area is so peaceful and quiet, even my kids enjoyed just sitting on the terrace watching the sea. I highly recommend this AirBnB. An amazing place to stay! Thank you again Linda for being amazing and making our last minute trip such a memorable one.

We are just home from the most amazing weekend celebrating our 40th birthdays. (Group of 4 girls) We chilled out in the hot tub and garden on really comfortable chairs, beanbags and outside dining table to relax and enjoy. The lookout had lovely luxury toiletries and everything we wanted. Janie was a great host and everything was just perfect. Can’t wait to come back next year and hopefully get as lovely weather too!

We were two couples with three 4-month-old babies. The accommodation was spacious, bright and pleasant. Before our arrival, the owner had made sure that the house was cool despite 30* outside, refreshing drinks and cookies were waiting for us. We shared a pleasant time with the family in an exotic environment. The little extra, the Nordic bath to relax after the baby bedtime ritual.

lovely little cabin and fantastic hot tub. it was in a peaceful and succluded spot and we enjoyed watching the robins hop about the garden while we sat in the hot tub! (good dvd collection too!)

A beautiful property amidst beautiful surroundings. Pictures didn't do the place justice. We were sad to leave as the place had everything, and the host had thought of everything. And the views, just incredible. Total peace, luxury, and some extra pleasant surprises thrown in for good measure. Must book for longer next time...

We had a lovely time at this special location. The bedrooms are all decent sizes and having two bathrooms is really handy. We made use of the hot tub and firepit. Charlotte was brilliant - super responsive and helpful. We booked the additional use of the swimming pool and games room. Whilst this is an additional expense it was a real treat and we would honestly recommend this to everyone for the experience.

Aidan & Wendy were perfect hosts. We had an amazing relaxing time despite walking 18.2k along the stunning coastline! The barn was the perfect place to retreat to. Aidan was super helpful and welcoming when we arrived and it was a pleasure to stay with them. I have already recommended them to a friend 🙌🏻

An unforgettable stay! Deborah’s cabin was absolutely stunning – the perfect escape. The place had everything you could possibly need, thoughtfully arranged and beautifully kept. The sauna was such a treat – clean, peaceful, and so relaxing – and the hot tub was just perfect, always at the right temperature. Every little detail was just right, making our stay so comfortable and special. Deborah herself was a wonderful host – warm, kind, and always quick to respond to any questions. You can really tell she cares about her guests having a great experience. Highly recommend – we can’t wait to come back!

I couldn't recommend our stay enough, the cabin was beautiful, absolutely perfect for a peaceful holiday. The highland cows in the garden were lovely and there were bunnies everywhere - so cute to watch while having breakfast in the morning. There are lots of walks to do directly from the cabins without needing to drive anywhere, multiple pubs are also walkable and coming back to a hot tub after a long walk was perfect. Jo and her family were really kind, and put up birthday decorations for us and there was a little hamper with fresh eggs, bread, milk and cakes. Jo replied really quickly to our requests and made our stay as smooth as possible.

Perfect relaxing break! The Lodge for 2ad or the Retreat adjacent for 4, share enormous garden area but both are so private to rent independently with their own facilities. Quality equipment & furnishings & large gas BBQ. Real hot tub (not blow up pool) available on arrival to use 24/7 if you wanted! Lovely touches of Prosecco, chocs & marshmallows to welcome you. Fire pit & outdoor quoits were fun. Comfy bed, double shower and bathrobes provided, along with all necessary basics. Kitchen fully equipped. An inside & an outside fridge were a fab bonus. We had sunshine so could use the sun loungers on the raised decking to appreciate the countryside orchard views. 15mins walk into village to 2 great Gastro pubs if required. Outside covered lounge & TV sounded strange initially but it worked. Kari’s communication was 1st class too. Also appreciated the standard checkout being noon ! Everything has been thought of here. We’ll be back 🥰xx
