Three superb championship links courses, Royal Cinque Ports, Royal St Georges and Princes Golf Club, plus two downland courses in nearby Walmer & Kingsdown and North Foreland. The house is unique for this location given its size, amenities and level of finish. No expense has been spared to create a unique and stylish coastal home set over four floors. All the five en-suite bedrooms have super-king beds, dressed in luxurious White Company bedding and the bathrooms all feature powerful monsoon showers. The spacious, state-of-the-art kitchen comes fully equipped with every item of kitchenware you could possibly need to rustle up anything from a snack to a gourmet meal. The main living area was the former pub's saloon bar, and in tribute to the building’s rich history has been fitted with a copper-topped bar, a perfect place to enjoy a cocktail while looking out across the water. In keeping with the pub theme, there's a second “breakfast and coffee bar” next to the kitchen, an ideal spot for a leisurely morning read. The former beer cellar has been converted into a cinema and is now a secret haven to unwind and indulge a media fix. Guests have access to fast, reliable WiFi in every corner of the property and a large washer and dryer for their personal use. The property has central heating throughout, with underfloor in the en-suites, making it a cosy bolthole even on the chilliest of days. By Train: The hourly high-speed train service takes approximately one hour and twenty minutes from London, St. Pancras to Deal town centre and the house is a ten-minute walk from the station. By Car: Deal is twenty-minute drive north Dover and well connected to the motorway network. One parking permit is supplied for guests use, additional pay and display parking is readily available.

Our house is a detached 1957 beachside bungalow on a large corner plot with sea views, sauna & outdoor shower. Reimagined & extended in a mid century modernist style. We have sea views from the spacious living, dining & kitchen space and 3 of the 4 bedrooms. We renovated our home for our family to enjoy but created a versatile space that all can appreciate. The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, with a high specification kitchen and bathroom with large walk in shower. The lounge directly overlooks Viking Bay, with fabulous views of the seafront and is close to the town centre and easily walkable from the station. There is a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings or cosy winter breaks. We have one large double bedroom, and a double-sized sofa bed so the apartment is comfortable for 2-4 people.
