Really enjoyed our stay at Paula’s flat. Loved the seaside decor. Two big bedrooms and plenty of coat hangers in the wardrobes. Lovely furnishings in the lounge. A pretty little garden full of roses and a sunny deck. We always managed to park on the street near the flat. The parking behind the flat was very tight and not suitable for a larger car. We walked to the seafront in five minutes and to town in ten. Great location. Whitstable had real charm - an active seafront, lots going on and loved the shops and cosy restaurants on High St and Harbour St. Paula emailed a really detailed list of things to do and restaurant, pubs and cafes to try which was much appreciated as it was our first visit to Whitstable. Great place to walk the coastal path. We also drove to Botany Bay and walked to Broadstairs. Had a lovely day in Canterbury exploring the lanes full of interesting shops and restaurants, did the river walk and saw the beautiful cathedral. Despite mixed weather plenty to do.

The apartment was easy to find with Lisa's accurate instructions. Beautiful apartment with a view of the sea, and immaculately clean with secure gated parking too. Great location for walking along the seafront with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Lisa's communication was excellent throughout and she went out of her way to check everything was perfect for us. A lovely apartment for a relaxing weekend away. Highly recommended.

We had a great time in Deborah’s apartment in Deal. The house was everything the photos showed and more. Very clean, beds were comfortable and the location was fab. Would have no hesitation in rebooking or recommending this property. Thanks Deb’s

Daniel and Erica's place is lovely, we stayed two nights with kids and it was a perfect base for exploring Whitstable, walking into town down the Crab and Winkle Way each day. They were super responsive, friendly and flexible, sending loads of great recommendations that were tailored to us (we came on the train so they gave great walking / cycling tips!). The flat is spacious, calm, comfortable, clean and homely - a welcome retreat from the busy centre of Whitstable. Highly recommended.

Great place. Was bigger than expected, and had everything in close proximity. Located right on the sea front with great views of the beach and sea from all the front windows.

Peter was a great, friendly host. He sent a video ahead of time showing where to park (very helpful). The place has a view of Canterbury Cathedral tower right out the living room window, and we loved hearing the bells. It was a surprisingly spacious place right in the hear of Canterbury. Easy walking distance to the Cathedral, the Abbey, and St. Martin's church (and all of city center). Peter was very quick to respond to any issues we had, and we enjoyed talking with him! This flat is in a prime position to walk to Deal pier pubs restaurants and shops. It is a well appointed and comfortable flat if you don’t mind double stairways. A little bit noisy at night sometimes but not really an issue. The position is worth it. Thanks Kay

Lovely spacious cottage matching description and photos. Town centre so easily walkable to the beach, high street and Deal’s many restaurants and bars. Janey’s cottage has everything you’d need if you want to cook, and the back garden is a lovely private sheltered space to spend time outdoors. Communication from Janey was friendly and helpful and it was easy to check in via the lockbox.

A wonderful house in which to relax and enjoy Deal and the surrounding area. The house was perfect with everything we could have wished for and more. Parking was explained and free a few minutes' walk from the house. For a fairly central situation, it was peaceful and calm. Felt sad to leave. Rob met us at the door with the key and we were able to say hello to Emma as we left. They responded to messages really promptly and helped us select a couple of local places to eat which were really successful. Perfect! Thank you

We had a great time at Stephanie's with our family. Stephanie was friendly, helpful and very responsive. A great location for the beach and harbour, a very clean, comfortable and stylish home.

The house was great. Allister was an excellent host and very responsive to any queries. The attention to detail in the house is wonderful, really well done, quirky with thoughtful detail. Coffee machines are provided in every room with tea and coffee pods provided. There were 10 of us staying and the house suited us very well. We knew to expect that the dining area was small and could only accommodate 8 comfortably but we made it work. The heated gazebo outside seated all of us comfortably. It’s a shame the pub next door is currently closed as we were expecting to make use of that. We walked into both Canterbury and Whitstable, both were lovely walks and would recommend. Lastly, the purpose built spa on site was lovely. A great space for chilling out and beautifully done. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

The property matched the description perfectly, place in a very peaceful road in the heart of historic Deal, plenty to walk and explore such a beautiful old neighbourhood. The property had everything covered from dog treats to USB charges, it was a home away from home. Such a historic old quirky building as long as you’re not tall, you’ll be fine! Thank you

Honestly, words can’t describe how grateful I am for Sheila and to be able to stay here to celebrate my birthday. Absolutely amazing communication!! So kind and friendly. The house was amazing and THE VIEW was incredible. I cannot recommend this place enough. I would more than come back here again. But if you’re looking for a sign to book this place, this is it!! This is such a lovely apartment, in the best location in Broadstairs. We walked everywhere and the hosts sent us some helpful instructions about restaurants and other sights we might like to see. Highly recommend!

We had the best stay at Simon’s place. Perfect location, perfect cozy cottage feel and a brilliant way to see the joys of broadstairs. Simon was on hand to help if we needed, the facilities were above and beyond and we all slept brilliantly. Couldn’t have asked for a better seaside break! Thank you Simon!!

We had a short 4 night break at Walpole Heights to get away from London and switch off from work. The apartment was immaculately presented and a great spot to access the beach and local area. Free on-street parking right outside the apartment for the two cars was also useful. The apartment is spacious and tasefully decorated. We (including the dog) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. At night it is very quiet. On arrival we went across the road to the Walpole Bay Hotel and sat on the terrace for afternoon tea. A perfect location!

We were down to see family and meet our new great Nephew 💙but we also went out drinking ,beers,coffee shops browsing,afternoon music and amazing weather,The apartment was gorgeous,everything we needed and it was clean

Great property. Pics don’t do it justice. We really felt at home. Super close to the beach and park for the dogs. So many amenities, even a spare toothbrush - which i had forgotten at home. Thank you for having us.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay with my family. The apartment was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well equipped inc a delightful array of kitchenware ( I appreciate this so much ). The location is fantastic.. easily accessible to great shops & restaurants. Julia’s recommendations were much appreciated. Angela’s & Dory’s were excellent. Most importantly.. Julia’s place was cleaned to a high standard.. we highly recommend to anyone interested in booking.

A lovely spacious regency style appartment with an extensive sea view. Great balcony to sit on for meals looking over the sea. David and Yvette were very friendly and helpful. The apartment wad clean and very well equipped. The buses stop very close and are very frequent so can manage without car. Free parking in street outside or nearby streets or pay and display out the front. Very convenient for Main Beach, the Ramsgate Tunnels and the Royal Harbour. Highly recommended.

We had a short stay but the place was very spacious, quite unique, well decorated and had fantastic views being on the seafront. Great for sunsets too! The local area was peaceful but has some amenities, cafes, restaurants, pier and arcade so everything you need to have a break. Canterbury & Ashford are not far for some sightseeing/shopping. Angela was a great host too! Thanks again!

A lovely seafront apartment, clean, tidy and well appointed. After a snag with the code with check in it was a lovely stay and I’d recommend Kirstys place, particularly if you like to wake up to the sound of the sea.

Really lovely stay - in such a great location. Really close to the station, yet also close to the beach and shops - perfect. Apartment was really lovely too - modern design and perfectly clean. Enjoyed our stay, thanks!
