The property is just off the B3284, a busy road offering easy access to nearby towns, beaches, coastal walks and other local attractions. Please note that traffic noise can be heard.

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

The living room-kitchen area is open plan, and the cottage is complete with two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The annexe is also situated a 10 minute walk from the popular end of Falmouth town centre and Events Square, where there are many places to eat/drink.
