I support my parents in renting out the apartment. Most of the time I am not on site, but my parents are always at home and welcome our guests personally. Beautiful partially furnished 2-room apartment on the sunny slope of Küblis. In all rooms, there is a new floor with underfloor heating as well as a completely new bathroom. The small apartment is very simple but nice. The apartment is integrated into the single-family house in a sunny and quiet location. Large parking space available.

Two bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements (1 double bed, 2 single beds that can also be used as a double bed). The apartment is perfect for guests who appreciate peace and quiet and at the same time want to be quickly in Klosters, Davos or the ski areas Madrisa and Parsenn (bus can be reached in just 5 minutes). A private underground parking space is also available.

In between is Klosters with two ski resorts, Gotschna with connection to Parsenn. Madrisa on the sunny slope with toboggan run to Saas, almost at your doorstep. Mandatory from 12 years: tourist tax/guest card Klosters-Davos 5.40 pp/day (to be paid locally) entitles you to various discounts.

The apartment can accommodate couples, small families or solo travelers and invites you to linger with lots of charm and stunning views of the mountains. In summer, hiking trails start right at your doorstep, while in winter you can reach the Klosters-Davos and Grüsch-Danusa ski resorts in a short time.

The apartment is on the second floor of our house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in the wooden style. It is simply and stylishly furnished, so that you feel right at home in the distance. It is spacious and offers a large balcony with incredible views over the Prättigau overlooking Klosters in the back of the valley. The house is built on the southern slope and enjoys many hours of sunshine. Peace and tranquility are guaranteed here! Most comfortable for 4 guests.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

An ideal place to relax. In the middle of the village, and yet a little off the beaten track. As a family, as a couple or with friends, you will feel comfortable in the cozy, spacious apartment. For children, there is a playground nearby. It is an ideal starting point for various hikes in the beautiful Rhätikon landscape. The well-equipped kitchen is inviting for cooking and enjoying together. But you can also indulge yourself in one of the nearby restaurants.

A pull-out sofa bed for another person is in the living/kitchen area. WiFi, parking is included in the price. Additional costs to be paid in cash on site Tourist tax: 5.50 per adult/night, 2.60 per child/night (6-12 years). Guest card benefits, free use of train and bus from Küblis - Davos.
