Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lungomare di Sabaudia

Alberto’s place is perfect if you want quiet and a lot of restaurant and bar options. It’s literally right in the middle of Travestere but also tucked away in a quiet street so even when the area is full of people at night, you still feel like you’re in a peaceful place. You don’t even hear the noise from outside. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. AC was a huge plus. Alberto is also the best host. He had tons of recommendations and was always so responsive and extremely helpful. Definitely book if you’re looking for a place in this area!! Ty Alberto!

Lacopo place was excellent very tasefully decorated , very hip looking , he spent over an hour when I got to his place to tell me about the home and neighborhood , very genuine and good communicaitons skills , had a small issue with not know something in the house and he repsonded right away and fix the situation. this is one of the nicest place for the value , and very close to the mass transit options for travel .. Highly reccomend It!

Incredible stay! If you visit Rome, always recommend staying in Trestavere, that way you have some peace outside of the insane quantities of people. With that, this Giulio’s home was the perfect stay location wise, with TONS of great food surrounding you. Washer and dryer came in huge for us as it was a long trip, and he was one of the most accommodating air bnb hosts I’ve had to date in my 10 years of travel. Superhost quality level air b n b, peaceful and an A/C that actually works, which is HUGE in Italy lol. Cheers Giulio - grazie mille!

We had a short but great stay. The instructions and info around the apartment were incredibly detailed and useful. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful and the apartment is designed so logically for its purpose. I cannot overstate how remarkably clean the place was also. The cleanest Airbnb we have ever been to and we use Airbnb a tonne. Communication was faultless before and throughout our stay.

Stefano and Frederico were absolutely fantastic hosts! The apartment was lovely and in a very safe neighbourhood. Shops nearby the apartment which was immaculately clean and well furnished with amenities. Walking distance to lots of great attractions as well as very connected with bus links.

We had a great stay at the little house on the hill. It was a nice neighborhood. We felt safe. Host is responsive. Walking distance to local bus lines, trams and exploring Rome by foot. I would return!

Marina’s place was everything and more. It was beautiful, spotless, and a great place to come home after exploring Rome in the early summer. The area of Trastevere is filled with great restaurants and shops right outside of our front door. She was very responsive and very kind. I’d come back and stay here if I could!

Great location, peaceful, quiet and had everything we needed so it felt like home. Bus connection right around the corner made easy access to whatever attraction we wanted to go to. We went biking right from our place to the Via Appia for the day. Olga had friendly and open communication with us, making our stay more enjoyable.

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

We spent a weekend in total serenity! Villa Fiore turned out to be a place where you can get away from the hectic pace of everyday life and enjoy precious moments of paradise. Congratulations also to the host who, despite some small problems encountered, was able to immediately remedy them, giving us the opportunity to continue enjoying the magic of this fantastic place.

Cosy apartment with real fire

Loved the apartment and the location. It’s right next to the keyhole which was fun to see right when we arrived. Easy enough to get around and very clean. Paolo was so kind and greeted us upon arrival. We didn’t want to leave!

We chose Maria's to be close to our older son who travelled with a group of university boys. It ended up being directly opposite their accommodation. We thoroughly enjoyed him being able to come over and spend nights with us comfortably. The house was the epitome of luxury with the exquisite decor EVERYWHERE!! All 4 rooms ensuite were a home-away-from- home experience we absolutely enjoyed. The slight adjustments needed with hot water and the TV at check-in, were dealt with by the technician and made our 4-day stay a fantastic experience. I had a few friends stop over and was very proud to show them the place. As to recommending this location in the future, I have started to already and will continue to do so. The accommodation was pleasant in a quiet part of the city (although planes flew over us, it was quiet inside and we slept well), the surroundings are poorly maintained and the houses are old, but otherwise everything is fine, we moved without worries even in the evening, about 10 minutes walk to the subway, near the super store Sacoph. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was also equipped, the bed and pillows were comfortable. Daniela is very nice, she gave recommendations for restaurants, taxi and communicated great. We also found another restaurant nearby and we can only recommend Osteria Amici Divini. Rome is worth a visit, Daniela, thank you 🧡

We had great time at Jacopo's place, it was clean, had everything we needed, the host was extremely responsive and flexible, they also gave us good recommendations about places to go, we have nothing to complain about our stay. The location is less touristic which makes the experience more enjoyable in my opinion, and we felt safe even walking late night. Totally recommend it, I would definitely book it again. :)

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

Look no further for where you should stay in Rome. Armanda’s place is incredibly beautiful, worth so much more than the price and literally steps from amazing restaurants. Armanda is so thoughtful and wants you to have everything you need - she has a giant binder of restaurant recommendations, shopping guides, taxis, etc. she also went over the map of Rome with us. We were able to do our laundry since we packed for a long trip in only carry ons which was a great bonus. She even had snacks and drinks for us.

The apartment is excellently located, close to the subway, with two bedrooms. The kitchen is well-stocked and allows you to cook. Definitely recommended!

This is the most beautiful and thoughtfully designed apartment we’ve stayed in through Airbnb. Maurizio’s place is tastefully decorated, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, and spotlessly clean. A particularly nice touch was the jazz music playing in the living room when we arrived—it made us feel instantly welcome. The apartment faces the street, but the outside noise didn’t bother us at all. In fact, it was quite nice to feel like we were in the heart of all the action. A big thank you to the host for promptly answering all our questions and being readily available throughout our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Marianna’s beautiful duplex flat in Rome. The apartment was exactly as described, stylish, clean, and very comfortable. What really stood out was Marianna’s responsiveness; she answered all of my questions promptly and was always helpful throughout my stay. Her communication made everything smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

Very well located apartment, especially for public transport: bus, tram, metro. We'll be in the center in less than half an hour. In addition, direct access to the airport by the regional train, the Ostiense station is a 10-minute walk. Very convenient supermarket almost at the foot of the building, which is also very nice. If there was only one negative point it would be the noise, not in the building but around it. That said, you get used to it and it's not really embarrassing. The apartment is pleasant, well-equipped. Small touches, such as hygiene products that are provided, bottles of fresh water in the fridge on our arrival... Livia was very responsive, let us in as soon as the cleaning was finished, and especially let us stay longer on the day of departure, which allowed us to enjoy our last morning without our luggage... Thank you for everything and happy hosting.

We lived in his apartment for a month and enjoyed staying there very much and would easily come back for a stay!
