The house is located in the middle of the beautiful water district of Lüneburg with the Stint and the old crane, the mecca for restaurants and bars. The Brausebrücke [pedestrian bridge] around the corner takes you directly into the city and offers great photo opportunities. Quietly located, you can see from the window the original filming locations of the well-known soap opera "Rote Rosen"... maybe the camera is running right now. On foot you are in five minutes at the train station, at the town hall, on the Sande or directly in the relevant shopping streets of the city.

Heathland Dream

The house is located in Rolfsen at the end of the village directly on the edge of the forest, approx. 20 minutes by car from Lüneburg. A tastefully furnished complete, ground-level floor awaits you. You can enjoy the large, well-kept garden, with magnificent views into the distance. For a small fee, it is possible to book a yoga or Qi Gong lesson. Four bicycles for excursions in the heath are available. We are also happy to pick up guests from the train station in Lüneburg for a small extra charge.

The city center is only a fifteen minute walk away, but there is also a bus station right in front of the door as well as free parking.

From here you can drive to Hamburg and Heidepark in 30 minutes, or you can visit the Büsenbachtal, hike the Heidschnuckenweg, and discover the Nordheide hotspots and hiking trails around the corner. The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.
