Quietly located, you can see from the window the original filming locations of the well-known soap opera "Rote Rosen"... maybe the camera is running right now. On foot you are in five minutes at the train station, at the town hall, on the Sande or directly in the relevant shopping streets of the city.

Or you can explore the area. Beautiful Lüneburg (10 km), Hamburg (40 km) and the Lüneburg Heath (15 km) are within easy reach. Fresh rolls are available at the bakery around the corner. The idyllic forest pool is 10 minutes away. Ideal for girls' groups: “Bake macarons with me,” 6 participants, 4 hours, €90 each.

The 1-room basement apartment (45 m²) is located in a single-family home in a cul-de-sac in Ochtmissen. You can reach the city center by car in just 10 minutes. Bus line 5005 leaves almost right outside the door. You can reach the apartment via a separate entrance. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a shower toilet, a living room/bedroom, a washing machine, towels, bed linens, a TV and Wi-Fi. Toddlers are not allowed due to safety conditions.

Separate small cottage

Cozy little cottage (Ernst-Braune-Straße) on our property in a residential area with children (ages 1, 8, 10) on the neighboring property. A house is being renovated. The cottage is for 1-2 people (possibly 3 people only upon prior request). In the heart of Lüneburg

Our cozy apartment on the mezzanine floor of an old Lüneburg townhouse was renovated in 2022 and lovingly refurnished. The apartment is located on the edge of the old town in a quiet one-way street with little traffic, just a few minutes walk from the center on the sand. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are immediately accessible. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartment. No pets allowed.

Our Studios are located on the ground floor and 1st floor of the house. They are 19-25 sqm in size and have a double bed. Please note that you book a category and we allocate the studios according to availability. Allocation is subject to availability. We are happy to try to accommodate individual requests.  All studios have a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area and their own separate shower room.

Welcome to the apartment 'Im Roten Felde' in the middle of the Hanseatic city of Lüneburg. The apartment is on the first floor of an historic house from 1900, which was extensively renovated in 2014. The location is ideal: Quiet – yet a few steps from Lüneburg's historic old town.

The property is located in a small rear house with a separate entrance. It consists of a room with a double bed (1.80 × 2.0 m) and dining table, pantry kitchen and shower room. A small terrace invites you to linger in the garden. Bicycles can be safely parked in the backyard.
