Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. The approx. 160 sqm apartment is located in a quiet, centrally located residential area; a 15-minute walk from the city center. Free parking and a bus stop are right outside the front door. It is my own apartment, which I rent out during my vacation. I am happy if my house and the beautiful garden are used during my absence and I am happy to make them available with confidence in appropriate behavior. Parties are not allowed.
