Charming townhouse – your vacation home for up to 6 people in Lüneburg The house was built around 1900 as a semi-detached house. Over the past 100 years and under changing owners, this half has been renovated, converted and expanded. Last renovated by me in 2018. In addition to the living/dining room and kitchen on the first floor, there are four bedrooms on two additional floors. The stairs are somewhat narrower and steeper than in a new building due to the old building. The property is not suitable for people with disabilities.

There are 2 bikes available and a bus stops almost outside the door. Within walking distance there are groceries, a drugstore, pharmacy, snack bar and an organic shop.

The cottage is located at the end of a private road in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac and stands apart. No vacation homes close to each other, no through traffic – just peace, nature and privacy. A stork's nest is in the immediate vicinity. The Elbe dike and the Elbe cycle path are 200 m away; two bicycles are available free of charge.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space between Hamburg and Lüneburg. Completely renovated in 2021, the apartment was furnished with a lot of love for detail in the country house style. Numerous interesting destinations in the near and far surroundings are the ideal starting point for a relaxing stay on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath! The city of Lüneburg is about 20 km away and Hamburg is about 40 km away. The Luhmühlen tournament square is about 7 km away.

This apartment is in a very quiet cul-de-sac location, in a preferred residential area of Deutsch Evern. The town center is within walking distance in minutes. Deutsch Evern is located directly on the Ilmenau and between the Lüneburg Heath Nature Reserve and the Elbufer-Drawehn Nature Park. With us you can enjoy your vacation. In Lüneburg you can visit the Salt Museum, the Art Museum, the Natural History Museum, many restaurants and many shopping opportunities.
