Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. It is part of our house, but forms its own unit with separate entrance, shower bath, pantry, as well as its own large terrace with dining table and outdoor sofa. These lounge areas invite you to linger and relax..... 7 km to the city center of Lübeck, 12 km to Travemünde and just a few steps to neighboring Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

The apartment is 50 square meters and for 3 people, an ideal place to spend a few nice and relaxing days on the Baltic Sea (6 km). It has a large living room with separate sleeping area with 180 x 200 bed and window to the yard, as well as a beautiful kitchen area with sitting area and a bathroom with 90 x 90 shower. There is an extra bedroom 90 x 200 bed and in the yard is a shed for the bikes.
