The cozy flat is in the center of Lübeck near of the river. The house is from 1800 with a typical stairs of this time. It is the house of the entrance of one of the passageways of Lübeck. The most attractions are within walking distance. You have your own bath and cooking area, a dining room and a bedroom. Just a few steps you have restaurants, bars and little shops. In the summer time you can swim in the crow pond, where a bathhouse is. You can have boatstours, visit the Hostentor and more.

Take advantage of the good bus connection and enjoy the city in a relaxed way. The university is easily accessible by bus. The car can be parked very well. In the evening, a bench in the front garden invites you to sit down. We are happy to invite you to our sauna or our gym (3.5 km) after an eventful day.

Studio in the heart of Lübeck's old town

The apartment is located in the rear side wing of the old-town house, in a quiet lane. In the lower area of the open-plan studio, a sofa bed invites you to relax, and a kitchenette provides space to enjoy light meals. A narrow spiral staircase leads to the sleeping area in the attic, where there is a cozy double bed; right behind it, you enter the small, modern bathroom. A cozy alcove above the bathroom offers another sleeping option for the more active among us.

🚧Attention: Construction site price reduction: Come between 7:30 am and 6 pm from 08/30 to 09/03 when there is construction noise. Even Thomas Mann walked past our house on the way to the pub! Stay in the middle of Lübeck's old town in an old town house from the 16th century. Sights such as the Holstentor, the Lübeck churches, the Buddenbrookhaus or the famous Marzipanmanufaktur Niederegger are just a stone's throw away.
