Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. Goldmädchen - Beach Pants A luxury beach villa welcomes you on the first line of the sea. The 125-year-old villa "Goldmädchen" was renovated in 2021 in keeping with its style. The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. The apartment on the first floor has two bedrooms with king size beds, a living-dining area, a bathroom and a kitchenette. Terrace and garden are for exclusive use. From there, you can reach the Baltic Sea beach in a few steps.

Landhaus bei Schaalsee

Haus is located in a very quiet location in the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. It is 10 km to Lake Schaalsee, 5 km to Lake Neuenkirchen, to the Baltic Sea 50 km (traffic jam-free!!!). The house can be started directly to bike rides, on adjacent hiking trails. On the very natural property there is also a swimming pond. The house is very bright and quiet. I also paint there and write and so there is a large easel available. Pets have generous time.

Vacation in a historic farmhouse

This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
